Felt web site was bit misleading. Corridors noisy and echo to make it worse. Dining too small and limited food. It was clean and staff were helpful

Schade dass Sie uns schlecht bewerten nachdem Sie nicht bei und übernachtet waren.Ihre Reservierung war nicht durch eine Kreditkarte abgesichert. Unsere Check In Zeit ist bis 23:30 die Rezeption ist bis 24:00 Uhr besetzt. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt haben wir keine Nachricht erhalten.Nicht garantierete Zimmer-Reservierungen können ab 18:00 Uhr von jedem Hotel wieder in den Verkauf zurück gegeben werden.Ein Anruf bei dem Sie bekannt gegeben hätten dass Sie spät anreisen hätte alles aufgeklärt.

Not as close to the airport as hoped, and taxis are not familiar with the area. Book ahead and Use the shuttle! Nice beds and pillows. Nearby Italian restaurant was fantastic.

Great spot. We were on a layover and wanted to get away from the noise of the airport so we booked a family room and it was huge. Both front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. When we couldn't get an Uber, they called a cab which came promptly. Morning breakfast was an added bonus and had something for everyone in our family. Not much around the hotel so worth the ride into town for great dining options.

Good hotel for one night
The hotel was fine for a one night stop. We had a room in the basement so it felt very dull I am sure there are nicer rooms in other areas of the hotel. It was clean enough and had some wi fi connection and parking so was ok.

Staff where nice but beware the airport transfer. It is basically a really expensive cab, not free at all.

Close to train station, very friendly staff, spacious, clean rooms, lovely premises. On the bad side, they charge €50 for no reason when you check-in.

No Go! Geht's NICHT!!!
The asolute worst hotel in the area. Unclean bed sheets, room's door would not lock, and the bathtub was dirty as well. The hotel has zero amenities to speak of and is in desperate need of immediate repair and remodel. Do yourself a favor and just book at Ibis. Ibis is much closer to all the attractions and food options galore. Hard pass on ever booking at Akzent ever again. Absolut schlechtestes Hotel in der Gegend. Unsaubere Bettwäsche, Zimmertür ließ sich nicht abschließen und die Badewanne war auch dreckig. Das Hotel hat keine nennenswerten Annehmlichkeiten und muss dringend repariert und umgebaut werden. Tun Sie sich selbst einen Gefallen und buchen Sie einfach bei Ibis. Ibis ist viel näher an allen Attraktionen und gastronomischen Einrichtungen in Hülle und Fülle. Schwierig, jemals wieder bei Akzent zu buchen.

Handy airport hotel
We had a short stay in the hotel as we had to catch a very early flight on the following day. The hotel is very handy for accessing the airport and could comfortably accommodate the four of us.

The stay was fine; the staff were all extremely nice. The rooms were a decent size, although the beds were not terribly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the starting times were very convenient. Parking was very difficult to find, as it was a ways down the street. Overall I would say the hotel was fine for a quick night for the airport, but I probably wouldn't do an extended stay.

Listing does not match property.
Listing had a pool. This location does not have one. Super disappointed because that is why i booked it. Premium channels in listing- none on TV. Ok nexpensive hotel, vut very nice. I was just looking for the lsiting to reflect the property.

Hotel is very convenient to Munich airport. Good price. Good breakfast buffet. Road noise thru windows though didn’t keep us from sleeping. Very reasonable price. Would stay there again.

The room was roomy and quite clean. The receptionist was very cheery and helped me arrange the shuttle for the next day. I am very satisfied with my experience and will probably spend the night here again in the event of another long Munich layover.

Large room and handy for the airport. Mercure would do well to advise guests that there are TWO Mercure MUC airport hotels..make sure you go to the correct one. I thought the handwritten note on the bottled water informing me that it was 2.95 euro was rather unwelcome! Otherwise, pleasant stay and would go again. Did not try the breakfast.

Special request not even acknowledged. Limited free parking. Small shower-if you are heavier than 135 pounds you will find it difficult to move around. I weigh 120 and if you turn around you will change the faucet setting. May be too high of a step for elderly to get into the shower Room requires that you keep your keep engaged in order to have electricity. Front desk should mention this since many people are unaware especially if you are use to B&B's. Church bells do chime every 15 minutes, however, not all night. There is street noise. Not as close to the airport as expected. Good for a stay when coming in our out of Munich. You should have a car. Room could use some repairs, however, they were minor and not really worth a mention.

I just lived the property over all. I found shower amenities from the last guest in the shower stall and hair in the bath tub(im bald). I also had two "room attendants " try to enter my room when i was trying to sleep even with the do not disturb on. I had another "housekeeper " also come to my room with amenities come to my door a minute later.

Big rooms and tasty breakfast
We stayed in a family room with 2 queen beds and the room was very very spacious. We booked the room with breakfast included for an extra 10 euro for the 4 of us and thought the breakfast was outstanding! There were eggs, sausage and beans as well as typical German offerings of meat, cheese and bread. We really enjoyed the hotel and breakfast. Airport was only 15 minutes away and was super convenient.
