“Horrible”

This hotel was horrible, and we will never stay there, or with this chain again. We had selected a place to sleep, and was greeted with a hotel, with a restaurant attached that had karaoke going until the wee hours of the morning. What a disgrace for a place that is supposed to offer a good nights rest for it's guests.

“excellent service”

I was quite pleased with my stay. The hotel and room were very clean. I only had two problems. I could not get the WiFi to work in my room. The front desk attendant tried to fix the problem by resetting the WiFi, but it still didn't work. She eventually talked to the manager who told her that he had fixed it that afternoon so he wouldn't do anything else. She did loan me an ethernet cable so that I could use my laptop in my room. I also was not very impressed with the breakfast. There was not a very large selection of food available when I stopped for breakfast. The front desk attendants were extremely friendly and helpful.

Area recommendations

This is a great hotel to stay at if you have business at Fort Gordon. I was there for my son's graduation. It was a straight shot down the road to the Fort, no turns needed. It also is just down the street from a Dairy Queen, always helpful to find to deal with the Georgia heat.

“Nothing like the pictures online”

We were not impressed with this hotel at all...it definitely isn't as nice as it looks online. We had too change rooms due to the noise coming from the restaurant/bar in the lobby, the room temperature was uncomfortably warm and took forever to cool down, and then we found a roach in the sheets! Also, the breakfast is a joke...we did not eat there. I would definitely not stay here again.

“Not for a family”

Place smells bad. Air freshners in hallways to cover up musty smell. Breakfast is a joke. Staff not the brightest bulbs

“Great property!”

I had to visit Augusta recently for some urgent business. Someone had referred this hotel to me as one of the best in Augusta. They were right. Upon check-in the staff was very courteous and had my room in the location I desired. My room was very clean and good size as well. At check out i was impressed to see such a nice breakfast to start with. They has a restaurant but I was not able to take advantage of that. Great property! I will return when I am in the area every time.

“Would do it again”

The hotel location is within short commuting distance to everything you need/want to do. For military personnel, this hotel is located a short distance directly outside the Fort Gordon main gate...practically a straight shot. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with all needed amenities...they have Karoke on Thursdays and Saturdays in the hotel resturant...excellent fun. I would definetly stay here again or recommend to others.
