Sorry, that you feel this way. It is always very easy to blame Hotel. No one knows inside story. It is very hard to keep this kind of people hookers/druggies, away from hotel in Augusta. All the laws are favoring these kinds of people. We can’t kick them out. We must go through Eviction process which takes 4 to 5 months. They can stay for free and can do anything they want to on property. We must provide everything, electricity, heating, free internet, phone service and if hotel have breakfast service. These kinds of people can wander any private property. Can harass anybody. Hotel can’t even get Trespassing order for any of this kind of person because they don’t have permanent address. We can’t even call many time Cops to protect us. It will go against hotel. But it will favor to this hookers/druggies’ peoples. They finish at one hotel and go to another hotel and do same thing without any punishment. But there is punishment for hotel to loose money and impression during Eviction period.We try to screen these people, but nothing written on their ID or forehead that we can tell. No one support hard working people anymore. If you have any advice how to resolve this, pls let us know and will try to follow.After your complained, Manager went to room to check and didn’t find anything in room. No toilet was leaking, or any bloody floss was on the floor. If you have explained to front desk, they would have changed your room and try to do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable. Sorry again. Thanks.

WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING, CAUSE NOW THERE IS LAW THAT YOU CANNOT KICK OUT ANYONE FROM YOUR PROPERTY, AND POLICE IS NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS HOMELESS PEOPLE.
