“Will use again!”

Everyone was very friendly and check in was a breeze. The room was very clean and had a refrigerator, microwave and sink with cabinets. The breakfast was ample and a very friendly attendant worked hard to keep everything stocked and cleaned up. The only thing I missed a little were softer sheets and thicker blankets, but for the price it was more than I expected! I would definitely stay at this kind of hotel.

“Home away from Home”

My husband and I had a great stay. We traveled with another couple and upon check in they moved the other couple next door to us to keep us close together. They didn't even mention that they upgraded their room for free to accomodate our request. The other couple had a kitchen in their room. The customer service was exceptional. The friendly and helpful staff were consistently nice and much appreciated. Warm and fresh baked cookies were available in the lobby after dinner time each night. The warm continental breakfast was perfect. Other friends stayed in other hotels in Augusta (for about the same price or more) and they said ours was the best. For the money- you won't beat it.

“All you could want at a great price”

Spent two days. Met or exceeded expectations. Can't beat the free full breakfast.

“Very nice, brand new Baymont motel.”

There was plenty of free parking - this is a beautiful, brand new motel, in a convenient location, right off of I-20 at exit no. 100. This was a well managed, excellent motel, with a fine breakfast bar, and a great shower and restroom. The only minor thing that I could find wrong with this motel was that the shower curtain was just too short in length, and this resulted in shower water landing on the tiled bathroom floor during a shower. The shower rod itself was of a curved design, and it looked to me as if the shower curtain was designed for a straight shower rod, rather than for a curved shower rod.

“Very Pleasantly Surprised”

Was most pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was great as well. Again, very impressed with the personnel as well as the accommodations. Most definitely would stay again!!!!

It is a nice hotel but there are not very many restaurants near by so food selection is a challenge. The train track in front and truck depot behind made it a bit noisy at night. But the hotel itself is very nice, quiet and comfortable.

“A very satifised customer”

This was my first time at this Hotel and I must say I was extremely satisfied. The entrance was spotless, the service outstanding and the breakfast very good. The room was huge with all amities a traveler could need. The hotel is close to the freeway but no so close to be distracted by the noise. There is a train that passes by, overall Quality more than makes up for the occasional horn you will here. I will defiantly stay here again if I pass through Augusta.

“Best no frills hotel”

My stay at the Baymont was great. The room was clean and I was not disturbed. I had access to the internet when I needed it and the staff was friendly, so my stay went very well.
