“clean, great breakfast, clean rooms, and not noisy at all”

The hotel was in a good safe location. There were many stores around and the rooms were very clean and had alot of space. The hotel served coffee and cookies each day and had a very good breakfast including waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, bagels, fruit, ect.... You couldnt ask for more

“Keep going back!!”

We like this hotel because the staff is great on every staff. The rooms are always very clean, and the beds are wonderful! And it is located right near everything like resturants and store's and gas! We will be going back soon!!

“Just what we wanted !”

Although we only stayed one night we thoroughly enjoy our stay. We had plenty of room and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable for 4 adults and one toddler.

“Great overall hotel!”

We had stayed here 3 years ago and had a great experience. We stayed for a week then. This time we were only in town for 1 day and again had a great stay. They had upgraded since the last time. The tv's are now lcd. The pool is good sized and warm. We had 2 toddlers and a baby and were made to feel at home.

“Augusta country inns and suites...they really try to make you happy”

while the rooms were the typical 2 queens and the bath nothing to rave about...the room was clean, pleasant and very comfortable. the indoor heated pool was a hit with the grandchildren who had the choice of going swimming or playing in the snow outside...they chose the pool and had a blast. as a smoker, i had no problems going outside and feeling safe while indulging my addiction, but i do wish there was an a specific area with ash trays. that is the only real fault i could possibly find. breakfast was the usual fare with the belgian waffles an interesting offering...they sometimes stuck. only one person failed to live up to our expectations...a young woman who was working the breakfast area who did not want to stop watching cartoons while comfortably seated in a chair. the manager got her going quickly and the station was changed to something more appropriately adult. these people tried very hard to please and we would have no problem returning and staying with Augusta country inns and suites.

we stayed at this hotel primarily because of its location...we wanted to be close to our daughter's home and this was perfect. we were less than a mile away and on washington which has every sort of business possible.

“Terrible Experience”

Dark; dingy; stained carpets; rooms reeking of smoke. Absolutely horrible customer service. Mr. Albino, the Front Desk Manager, is one of the worst hotel reps I have ever encountered.

“Good place to stay at the last minute”

The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The warm breakfast the next day wasn't so impressive. However, in their defense, we were there right when it opened, so they may not have been completely up and running.

“Nice place to stay”

The regular room was small with only 1 chair even with 2 beds in the room. I upgraded to a suite which worked well for us. The rooms were dark, only 1 small window in the bedroom. Great front porch with rocking chairs! We were grateful for the laundry facilties. The pool was indoors which was a surprise, and no hot tub. But overall it was a nice place to stay. The hotel sits back from the busy street, so it was quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby, we walked to eat a couple times. It was comfortable, and I would stay there again.
