“Great Bargain Motel”
Great Bargain Motel. Nice Staff. Watch for dips in Parking Lot. Quite uneven. A Little hard to find but once you do it is a bargain. We are repeat guests.
“Pleasant Stay”
Convenient location near I-20 and Washington Rd. corridor. Sits off of Washington Rd, behind another hotel, but signs are clear. Quiet location, though it backs up to a high school football stadium so Friday nights may be louder. Very pleasant, confortable stay.
“Nice, though nothing spectacular...”
The only 'complaint' that I would have is that I had a smoking room that had no ashtrays in it. I'm sure I could have gone to the front desk and got them but that was three floors down. Other than that, I was overall pleased with how my stay went. Though I wasn't 'impressed'. Everything went just as expected.
“clean and adequate hotel for the price”
clean hotel, close to every where i needed to be. off the main road and somewhat hard to locate if you don't know what you are doing as you have to go thru another hotel parking lot t get to it. staff was nice and attentive and remembered me from a previous stay 8 months ago. breakfast is nothing big but filled the morning hunger pain. only problem this time was bedside lights flashed on and off when they were turned on other than that for sleep purposes, this hotel meet my needs for the price.
“WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.”
WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD
“not impressed. below expectation”
I dont not recommend this hotel and I would not go there again
“2 bad days at the inn”
the room were disappointing i pay for 2 night stay for 1 night and it was time to go
“Would sleep in the car before going back”
We had a mixed group for our trip to the Masters, so were especially upset that our bathroom door wouldn't close (not lock, but actually close). After calling the desk we were informed no one from maintenance was available until after 11pm so they sent up a kid with a screw driver and after 30 minutes, we sent him back and used a suitcase to try to close door. During the middle of the night, severe storms hit and we literally had water pouring into the room from between the bottom of the window and the A/C unit. When I complained in the morning they asked why we didn't ask for a new room. I presumed Masters week that there were no open rooms and asked why they didn't offer since they had someone in our room unsuccessfully for over 30minutes. The response, "oh...well, have a good day." NOT ACCEPTABLE. Then a manager came up to "look at issues" and just walked into the room. Didn't knock and didn't apologize and in fact, started yelling at us about how he thought we had checked out and what were we still doing in his hotel. UNBELIEVABLE. I travel extensively with my job and this is by far the worst hotel experience I have had in over nine years on the road.
“DO NOT STAY HERE!!”
We booked this hotel for its convenience to my grandmother's place. We were travelling with our 2 month old and my pregnant sister. We checked in late Friday night and were kept awake until 4am because of the VERY loud people next to us. We made several calls to the Front Desk and were told that this was being taken care of; however, it obviously was not. Saturday morning we requested to have them moved; however, were told that they would not move them. Instead they made us pack up all of our things and move... The bathroom in both rooms were disgusting! The beds were NOT comfortable! An overall bad experience! would NOT recommend this hotel!
