Highly Recommended — Need to Find a Reason to RetuPosted Feb 21, 2015 on Hotels
I'm a DJ and had to find a hotel in the Greater Augusta Maine Area as a blizzard was due to come in the day of a wedding I was to DJ. So, I found this hotel. I chose it because it was bright, clean looking and it had a hot-tub. When I arrived, I was disappointed to find that the hot tub was closed and had been filled in with cement. Chelsea worked with me to try and find other accommodations. She was successful, and when I arrived at the nearby hotel she had found, their hot-tub had just broken down. Plus, their hotel was run down and not anywhere close to being as bright an cheery as Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Augusta. So I went back and spoke with Chelsea. She gave me a discounted "storm rate" and I stayed there. The blizzard never happened the way it was predicted, the wedding was on a Sunday and I had reserved the room for both a Saturday and Sunday night as the traveling back home was supposed to be atrocious. Karen, the General manager let me check out and only charged me for the Saturday night I stayed. I'm giving this hotel a 5-star across the board rating because the staff particularly Chelsea and Karen made my stay really pleasant. Although disappointed that the hot-tub was closed, the cleanliness and service I received from the staff at this hotel, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Place to StayPosted Feb 3, 2015 on Hotels
What a fabulous place to stay. The hotel is new and fresh and clean. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great with hot freshly cooked eggs and turkey bacon to cereal, fruit and lots of fresh coffee.

Good location near highway shops and downtown. Don't miss the Maine Museum minutes away. Free Breakfast better than most.

Staff made the stay wonderful, the room could have been a little cleaner. The curtains we stained and the bathroom floor was not washed

Highly recommend this hotel!Posted Dec 2, 2014 on Hotels
We were in town for a craft show and needed to stay the night with 2 kids in tow. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and understanding when my son got sick and made a mess. It is a clean, modern looking, affordable hotel. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to stay in the area.

Bright DecorPosted Sep 8, 2014 on Hotels
This was a last minute booking that went very well. The location is great from the highway and close to restaurants and shopping. The decor is bright and contemporary. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable and the TV picture was fuzzy. Breakfast was ok.

It's no Hampton InnPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Bed comfortable and room was clean.
Cons: Put a trash can somewhere in front or in lobby. Get enough food to feed guests through advertised breakfast hours.
Location: Not much there.
Room clean, but shower not good. Pool is tiniest hotel pool I've ever seen. Breakfast layout and food availability was dreadful. Ran out of just about everything one hour into service. No juice, coffee, eggs, fruit. Supposed to be 3 hrs. No trash cans in front of hotel or in lobby. Coffee service crammed in corner behind breakfast service.
