Service was good in front office for check in. Recommended goid food place..Reinhart local seafood ..very good. Bed slept well room clean

Room Was Not Cleaned

Pros: The beds were very comfortable
Cons: Make sure the trash is taken out and beds are made, even if you don't change the sheets.
Location: The location was good. It wasn't too far from the mall and other shopping areas. There were several restaurants nearby.
I understand that in trying to save water and energy, the cleaning staff does not change the sheets or towels on a daily basis, however, the trash should be taken out of the room daily. I was thoroughly disappointed in the fact that my trash was not taken out and it didn't even look as if anyone came into my room to do anything while I stayed there. It is to my understanding that the beds would at least be made (even though the sheets were not changed). When I arrived to my room in the evening, it was the same way I had left it in the morning. I was highly disappointed with this visit and I will not be visiting this particular hotel again.

Decent Hotel

It does need a little work, but it was still clean, the people were nice, and I will go again.

Convenient, clean motel

Pros: The self-serve breakfast with healthy options.
Cons: The rooms seemed a bit tired--need to be upgraded.
Location: Good shopping nearby.
The location of this hotel afforded close proximity to the highway and good shopping areas. The woman who organizes the elf-serve breakfast was outstanding! She made everyone feel warmly welcomed. She was an outstanding employee who went out of her way to make every guest have an outstanding experience at breakfast.

Augusta Washington Rd Hampton Inn gets our vote!

Pros: Close to Hospital and I-20 Great, Friendly Staff, Free buffet breakfast! Great price/value!
Cons: Mag Key cards are tricky but ok
Location: We needed access to Hospital Complex 5-7 minutes away excellent
Family member had successful Surgery along with several prior pre-op appts. over a 6 month period. Augusta is just far enough away to make round trips kinda tough .. Found Hampton Inn Washington Road staff treats you like family..... thanks, Really! Made some stressful times a lot easier!

I made my Reservations thru Hotel.com. The lady that works day shift at the hotel was a life saver. The reservations were not made correctly. The lady had very god communication skills and was very professional
