Convenient location, great breakfast inclusive

Good overnight stopover, comfortable and clean. We always stay here when visiting Augusta.

Average Room, Great Staff

For the price the room was nothing spectacular but the bed was very comfortable The hotel staff was amazing and very attentive. I walk with à cane and one of the staff members fixed my plate and cooked a waffle for me and carried it to my table. I would come back just because of the caring staff.

Service was good in front office for check in. Recommended goid food place..Reinhart local seafood ..very good. Bed slept well room clean

Family Time in Late February

A nice getaway to visit family and enjoy the area. Temps were milder than home so it was to get a brief break from snow and cold. A nice place to stay that had a very good breakfast!

Small room and bed, Big breakfast

Bed too small. Just a double bed. Almost all hotels now have queen beds. Small room and small bed for two average adults. Because parking is right outside of room, can be noisy. Nice attendants and good breakfast.

My husbad and i have been going to augusta for medical treatments. this was our first stay at this hotel. I was impressed. I have never been to a hotel that I couldn't find something wrong with me stay.... Until now. I will be staying here from here on out.

Room Was Not Cleaned

Pros: The beds were very comfortable
Cons: Make sure the trash is taken out and beds are made, even if you don't change the sheets.
Location: The location was good. It wasn't too far from the mall and other shopping areas. There were several restaurants nearby.
I understand that in trying to save water and energy, the cleaning staff does not change the sheets or towels on a daily basis, however, the trash should be taken out of the room daily. I was thoroughly disappointed in the fact that my trash was not taken out and it didn't even look as if anyone came into my room to do anything while I stayed there. It is to my understanding that the beds would at least be made (even though the sheets were not changed). When I arrived to my room in the evening, it was the same way I had left it in the morning. I was highly disappointed with this visit and I will not be visiting this particular hotel again.
