“Family Wedding”

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was fine. The bathroom however was spartan. We needed an extra room for a member of the wedding party late in the evening and the staff located one for us although this hotel and many others were fully booked. I don't know if everyone in Georgia is this friendly but the folks at this hotel sure were.

Check in was wonderful. My room was right over the kitchen and so before I even knew that they had changed my room to elsewhere. Excellent customer service, clean, and wonderful environment.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The free cookies were a hit with the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there on the Saturday before Masters Week. The hotel staff was very polite, very accommodating. You could tell that they were preparing for a packed house but they were very kind and helped us with more towels, directions to places, and were just very nice people.

“Nice But Overpriced”

Very clean. Polite employees. I just think its a little overpriced. There are a lot of new hotels next door and across the street that offer about the the same for a lower price.

My overall experience was quite pleasant, the staff were very helpful and professional, the room was very clean and well maintained.

“Great hotel, but lacking in the fine details.”

I was really impressed with the room. It was very modern (i.e., flat screen LCD, granite counter tops in bathroom) and really gave me the sense that it was a notch or two above the usual. My only issues were that the hotel restaurant wasn't that great. I had brunch and it was basically the "continental breakfast" served (not impressive). The desk clerk was rude and nonchalant at check-in, but the desk clerk at check-out more than made up for. I would definitely stay here again, but eat out next time.

“Enjoyable Stay”

Lovely front lobby, helpful staff, and clean hotel. But we needed to eat breakfast at 6am and they were not prepared ... opened late and had only one worker. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

Hotel restaurant staff was somewhat slow. In fact I saw a family get up and leave during breakfast due to no service....and it was not busy at all.

“Comfy bed; a bit noisy”

Unlike many other hotels I've stayed in, this hotel has a nice, firm bed that really supports my back, and my first night sleep there was very good. The second night, however, there was some constant noise; it was not from the freeway, so I guess if I asked for a change of room it'd be better, but I did not do that. So my second night sleep was not very good. The hotel is VERY clean; but there's no free breakfast, for those of you who care.
