“In Augusta for Medical Care”
The Holiday Inn Express was extremely neat and clean, having been open only a few weeks. The location was easy to find and the staff was very friendly. A great experience for our family. Will definitely stay there again.
“Clean hotel overall... real nice staff.”
The hotel was very clean and the staff were nice. My only complaint was that the maids failed to clean our room and the second night we came in after a long day to a room with dirty linen, no towels and a mess. The night staff were great at helping to solve the problem with new linen and towels and apologized for the mess. They assured me that it was an oversight and they had never had this happen again. Would I stay there again?.... probably I would give the benefit of the doubt. One thing I did not like is that the room did not have a refrigerator and the ice machines are on every other floor.........
