Pros: breakfast was fine but they ran out of coffee and no one checked on it.

Location: ok
bad smell in room, mattress on sofa bed needs to be replaced, no linen or pillows for sofa bed, had to call desk. response was fast.

No WATER in the entire hotel

Cons: A large LOGO hang in front of the building instead of a large LOGO mat in the front building.

We checked in at the hotel at night and plan to leave in the morning. When we woke up in the morning, we found out that there is no water at all. We can't do number 1 , number 2 or any personal hygiene. What a major disappointment. We left in the morning earlier than we planned to check in at the other hotel around the area just for bath, personal hygiene.

Horrible place to stay

Stayed here because I was without water at my house due to storm. Room and bathroom were dirty. There were clean sheets on the bed but that is the only plus. There was no shower curtain for the tub and the toilet paper was on the broken arm of the dispenser. The lobby and hallway smelled like body odor and looked dirty. For $77 I expected a basic, clean decent room, not a dump. Would never stay here again! Next time I would just deal with no running water at home

Pros: price and staff were great. and nice looking receptionist
Cons: Room could be little bigger A small fitness center would be nice.
Location: It was 5 min away from the place of business where I was suppose to go. 10 min or less drive to washington ave where nice place to eat.
I stayed at this hotel for 12 days for my business trip. I got what I have paid for. Room was clean, smell free. Internet worked for 11/12 days. It was free. Parking was Free. There was Wendys close to the place. easy to find just take Exit 200 from I 20 and then right turn.

I was very disappointed with the service and quality of the hotel. My room was not ready when promised when I checked in. The room was not clean and the pool was also dirty. I will not stay at this hotel ever again!

My initial room assignment was not adequate. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the bathroom was not clean. Stephanie promptly reassigned another room and all was well. Considering the number of hotels in the area, I will likely look around before staying here again. Nonetheless, I was satisfied with the hotel service and quality.
