“Not safe”

We did not stay, we were told by family that it was a very bad part of town and not safe.

“It was nice for the time that we were planning to stay there.”

THE ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN. WE WERE THERE FOR JUST THE ONE NIGHT AND IT WAS OKAY FOR ITS PURPOSE.

“Needs a deep cleaning”

To their credit, the staff was very friendly. However, this place looks like it was built in the 60s and last cleaned in the 70s. The mold in the bathroom was bad and the whole place in general needed an update.

“Customer service was GREAT”

I got to the hotel to check in, but had to get to a meeting before I could actually go to my room. The attendant offered to turn the air on for me and when I got to the room that night, it was just right. Full size fridge, lots of counter space, and the most comfortable pillow I've ever slept on! I only regret not stealing the pillow!

“Hotel near Fort Gordon base”

We went on trip to visit my brother who was stationed on Fort Gordon. Hotel was a brief 5 minute drive to gate. Ive stayed in nicer rooms but I guess you get what you pay for. Clerk was very nice. Breakfast was great. It wasnt a regular continental bfast. There was sausage, eggs, bacon, waffles, muffins, bagels, coffee, fresh fruit, etc..Although there is no place like home, Overall we had a nice stay.

Traveler's tip
Ri Rancho Mexican restaurant was great. Friday nights are karaoke. Downtown Augusta for nightlife.

“Ramada in Augusta”

Although the employees were very nice we have serveral issues first the refrigerator did not work but it was replaced then the TV remote did not work then after three nights I had to request that my sheets get changed and please leave coffee for the coffee maker. We were visting my daughter on the base so we did not spend alot of time there other than sleeping. The issues I mentioned were taken care of. For the purpose we needed the room it was fine. For anyone wanting to spend alot of time in the room you may want to make sure that the cleaning staff doesn't skip you.
