“Not a place to bring your gal”

The staff was very friendly and responded to concerns in a timely manner. The hotel is very old and probably needs to be torn down or receive a series of renovations. Even though it is located across the road from the Augusta Mall, which is convenient for food and shopping, the neighborhood and some of the guests are seedy and far from charming. The cockroaches weren't too pleasant either. Bottom line. The staff made up for the condition of the hotel, the neighborhood, and the sketchy characters running around the area. However not enough to make me want to stay there again or recommend this to anyone with children or a spouse you actually care about. It's okay for a single guy that wants to save some money and not have to travel far for dining, fuel, shopping, and the highway.

poor quality the maid service was poor, had roach problems, and the toliet was not securely to the floor

“Terrible. Should not be able to use suites in their name.”

The only redeeming factor was it's location. Should not be able to call themselves "suites". Even the sheets didn't fit.

It was the worst hotel I have ever been to period. Had a phone in my room with no line connected to the wall. Regular Box tv with no back of the remote. There were people selling drugs their. People also live their like they renting a house. I cancelled only being there 1 day.

“don't stay here”

the people next to our room we're fighting all the time the two night we stayed up all night because of the fighting and yelling. we asked for an iron and ironing board and never received it. the room smells so bad.
