Good location, okay place

This place is fine, nothing special or bad. The front desk people don't really know how to check you in if you book through Hotels.com, but other than that all good. Plenty of things to do within a short drive.

The quality if the room was okay. It served its prupose for a quick overnight stay. The halls did smell of cigarette smoke. Overall it was good.

This hotel never disappoints me. I have stayed @ the sleep inn @ several locations and they have always been, for the most part comfortable & exceed my expectations for the price. The only negative was that the hotel next door was doing roof construction but that was no fault of Sleep inn. Oh and breakfast was great!

Extremely poor service

I booked two rooms for this hotel. When I arrived I learned check-in wasn't until 3 pm and being that I had to immeadeadtely go to work I confirmed my reservations and left a large amount of luggage behind the counter. When I arrived back at the hotel around 7 I found that even though I had already confirmed my reservation and paid through hotels.com I was told I didn't have any rooms. After around 10 minutes they "found" one of my rooms but I was notified that our second room hadn't been cleaned and there was nothing they could do about it. Severely dissapointed is an understatement

Pros: everything..wonderful and friendly staff,had everything in the room i needed..beautiful place
Cons: nothing...keep up the good work
had a wonderful experience first time checking in on my own so easy to do....
