“very frendly people”
the people that work there were very polite
“Sweet stay”
flat screen, mini fridge, blow dryer, what more can i say
“Comedy of errors”
During my first night, I wasn't able to dial out using the room phone. I called the front desk three times to have them "unlock" the phone. I requested that they move me to another room for that evening, so that I wouldn't have to be in a room without a working phone. That afternoon when I came back to the hotel, they were having problems with their computer systems and I had to wait 45 minutes before they were able to check me into another room. When I entered the room that they check me into, I noticed that the bed was unmade. The reason for this, as I soon found out, was because they checked me into a room that was already occupied. The front desk called me and told me of their error and requested that I come back to the lobby where they would issue me an available room. I noticed that the next room that they gave me had a car parked directly in front of the door, so I quickly opened the door and peek in, just in case the room was occupied...and it was! The bed was unmade and the bathroom door was closed with the light on, so I quickly shut the door and reported that they once again issued me a room that was occupied. I requested that the front desk manager accompany me to the next room they gave me because I did not want to barge in on anyone else's room, let the employees do it. That room was empty, clean and available...but again I had trouble dialing out. This was resolved with just one call this time. YEAH!!! They had a great attitude throughout this whole ordeal.
“Good location for The Masters”
It was a good choice for the dollar considering we were there for the Masters golf tournament. Would stay there again. I was most happy to locate this hotel through Expedia.
“Basic but quite satisfactory for an overnight.”
Surpassed our expectations. Basic but quite satisfactory for an overnight. Better value than others in the area.
“Impressed for the price. I would stay there again.”
I walked in the lobby of the hotel. The attendant greeted me immediately. I gave him my name, he pulled up the info. He printed out the paperwork, I signed it, and he gave me the card key. He also took the time to explain when breakfast was served and where to fill up my ice bucket. The entire experience in the lobby took about 5 minutes. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was quite larger than most hotels. I liked the large flat screen TV, the frig, coffee pot, wet bar, shower stall, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Those items came in handy since i was on a short trip and didn't bring my entire house with me. The only thing I didn't like was that the cleaning crew didn't provide enough towels or conditioner. Shampoo and soap were provided for us. My overall stay was satisfactory and I would stay there again.
“Not So Super”
Bed was comfortable and room was reasonably clean, but shower lacked soap dish or place to hang washcloth. Bathroom door frame was badly scratched up, apparently by a dog left in bathroom by an earlier occupant. Bathroom door had been replaced but had not been finished. Light in bathroom above mirror didn't work. There was no mirror over the sink outside of the bathroom. Room had obviously been broken into at some point since the outside door frame showed evidence of being jimmied and interior safety latch was broken.(Room 119)
“Golf Week”
Hotel was nicely situated for the golf courses and food outlets. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful where they could be. Stayed during Augusta golf week, would definately use hotel again. Good value for the money.
“An OK Stay”
The room was nicely decorated. The bathroom door was off of the hinge, which management didn't respond to. The hand towels had not been replaced since the last visitor, which made me question if the other lines had been replaced. Wasn't a bad stay for the price. Very convenient location. Denny's is connected and there's a Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks next door.
“Not a good place for the weekend, unless you're military!”
Ok, so this place was great at first when we arrived on friday. However, as the night went on and more military folk checked in, this place became noisy. We wanted a nice quit weekend and did not get it. The rooms are great! Lots of room in the bathroom. Very clean as well. Three sheriff cars arrived beside us and we left after that. The first night our upstairs neighbors were about to come through the ceiling and we complained many times. It was 1230 am!! The front desk sent security but it continued. Great hotel I bet in the week, and on the weekend if you're not looking for quit!!
