“The Best Ever!”

We've taken a road trip last April... We've stayed in 4 different hotels, in 4 different states & by far this is the best place we've stayed in. From checking in alone, you can feel the welcoming comfort of a very friendly staff, courteous and joyful :) & the best, most complete serving of complimentary breakfast ever!--eggs, pancakes, waffles, sausages & much more... even fresh fruits, fruit cups, yogurts...coffee (decaf/regular & flavored).. It's like a combo of motel/hotel/bed & breakfast. A very great deal for a very affordable price. We would definitely stay here again when I go back to Augusta :)

“Great value for the money”

Perfect hotel for overnight travelers. Probably the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. Furnishings are older and not fashionable, but very adequate and clean. The staff was very friendly/helpful.

“Old building but very impressive”

I had a teachers conference in Augusta and this was my first time staying at the West Bank Inn. I was very pleased with me paying a total price of what others were paying for one night. The location was great; it was in walking distance to a lot of resturants and was only a few minutes from the conference site. I will definately be staying there again.

“Great hotel in a great location!”

This is the best hotel for the price I've ever seen. Super friendly staff. Squeaky clean, comfortable rooms with a refrigerator and a hair dryer. Obviously recently redecorated and updated - never saw crown moulding in a motel room before. Matress was new and very comfortable. Only problem was that it had a standard motel heating unit and I have trouble regulating the temperature on them - but that's just me. At least the heater was quiet. The hotel is right off I-20 and is on the main drag into town; could not be more conveniently located. The coffee was good, the breakfast included hot items, and if that's not what you want there are restaurants all around. This place is a gem!

“You will not be disappointed”

Not what it looks like from the outside. Excellent breakfast with eggs, ham, biscuits, instant grits, mini pancakes and waffles, and much more. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room. Did not see and signs of mold or bugs in the rooms. More than enough desk space. Very fast wireless internet. Free local paper. Very nice and friendly staff. Washer and dryer on site.

“Comfortable Beds”

My family and I had a great stay at this little cozy but comfortable place, conveniently located near restaurants and even walmart. the only the missing was a pool but with the weather being so cold inside was very comfortable for me to stay in. “Great little place for a stopover”

Great little motel for the one night stop we were making on our way from Atlanta to Charleston. The breakfast even had a couple of hot food choices.

Very nice for the money! Good location! Called for an extra night with a very late arrival, and the clerk was very accommodating! Great breakfast!

“Not what I expected”

This is truly a hotel for those on a limited budget. It is located on a very busy main street and offers nothing other than the room. Coffee is provided in the room on check-in, but is never replenished. Wake-up calls are an average of 20 minutes late and the room comes with live cockroaches and dead ones on bug strips located behind the furniture.
