“Great place to stay !”

My wife and I were taking a dive class at Aquarena Springs for the weekend. Hotel was right down the street and cheaper that all those in the area. Room was neat and clean, served our purpose. The only bad side was the entrance to the hotel. If your looking for a nice place to stay and get the job done, than this is it !

Staff was very polite and helpful with each of my requests. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall the hotel was in good condition and well managed. Compaired to the other hotels in this area, it was a great deal.

The room was clean, & a/c worked great. Only wish there had neen a coffe pot in the room. The price was really affordable, since wes are on a budget.

It is convenient to the highway and downtown San Marcos. The room was relatively clean and had useful amenities.

You won't get a 5-star room, but it's clean and quiet.

too hard to get to the hotel parking lot. Had to circle around the neighborhood to get there due to the entrance location.

“OK hotel to go shopping”

If you are interested in only a place to crash after your all day shopping then this is a decent hotel. Not great, but not bad either. It is clean, but no service whatsoever. Bring your own soap.

“Basics Only”

Room was clean, outside of hotel a little shabby and the dumpster was full and smelly. The ice machine wouldn't dispense more than a cup of ice. The hotel clerk did recognize I was traveling alone though and put me in a room next to the office.

“Quick stay only”

Arrived at check in time and none of the rooms had been cleaned. There was a two hour delay. I was given the key to the dirty room to wait until they got around to it. I was disappointed because I had a limited time to spend in the city as it was and a large portion was used up waiting for the room. They advertise they have HBO but the channel actually doesn't exist on the TV. For the same price I've stayed at much nicer places
