“Soft Ball Tournament”

Room walls, tile, door knob need a little TLC. Wish they had a free breakfast..needed that. Staff were cordial and helpful. Interior, hall ways very nice. 1 of my grandaughters age 8 yrs., told me walking in "Grandma, this is my dream hotel.

“Thanksgiving 2011”

My wife and i have stayed at this property for the past two years at Thanksgiving. I have never had an encounter with the hotel staff that was not positive and courteous. Any request I made was satisfied immediately and the facilities were immaculate, the rooms clean and the food excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodations in the Round Rock area.

“memorable experience”

Service was best ever and we are experienced. While enjoying the wonderful breakfast buffet, my 82 yr old husband said he had a craving for cookies.They asked if we could stay 15 min longer & they baked him chocolate chip cookies. We will never forget Round Rock Marriot! The service was great with everyone we met.

“Practically a well in the desert.”

Th lobby is lovely, the room spacious, and the bed is, indeed, as soft as my own. The only thing forgotten was a wake up call, but fortunately, we'd set the alarm, so we didn't miss our meeting. It's only a few blocks off the beaten path. (I.e., the main interstate.)

Hotel staff was incredibly polite. Room was very clean. Good food/bar area. Adequate exercise facility. Nice experience.

“Oasis in Texas”

This was a clean and comfortable hotel, nicely maintained. The best feature was the comfortable beds - fabulous. The hotel room was small and the hotel is a bit out in nowhere land. Had to drive to restaurants and shops.

The room as clean, comfortable, and presentable. The staff were very helpful. When you ask where to find an area, the staff doesn't tell you how to get there, they take you there. Transportation was good, close to major highways. Breakfast was awesome. Will stay again.

“Not Impressed with Austin”

My wife and I visited the conceirge to ask about things to do in Austin, his response to us was there are pamphlets at the front desk with ideas. We were floored with this response. We received a better review of the area and things to do from the waitress at the one of the local restaurants.

“One of the best hotels in Round Rock”

Great location although priced high for the area. Very helpful & courteous staff. The only complaint was the toilet ran intermittantly the first night. Loud enough on two occasions to wake this deep sleeper. Although it did not occur the second night.

“UP TO STANDARD”

Just like what I expected. Working as hospitality business had me developed an habit of automatically inspecting the cleanness wherever I went. The restroom had dust on the cleaning table and found a bug on the carpet! Beside that, the service is up to standard. Overall experience was good for me.
