Very unprofessional staff tried calling ahead of myself checking in to see if the pool was open was picked up and automatically hung up on four times. When asked about it at the counter, they said they were just trying to put me on hold attendant never showed me nor told me which floor my room was on I had to guess, didn’t know anything about any questions I had the room was not at all what the picture show it is very old and very small when hooking up a hairdryer in the bathroom all the power went out. And when we were leaving, nobody bothered to help me or assist me to hold the door when they clearly saw that I was struggling with my son in my hand and baggage carrier and another…very unprofessional and will definitely stay somewhere better next time!

The property itself was clean and the food at the restaurant was pretty good. The chaise lounge had a stain on it and needs to be cleaned. We noticed on the day of checkout that the mattress was very dirty with stains of some sort. We couldn't tell what the stains were. I would recommend to the hotel to replace the mattresses. The bathroom was small. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My room was very nice. It was clean and looked recently updated. The a/c kept the room at a very nice temperature. Person at check in desk was very pleasant.

Staff did seem friendly, but cleaning service for room was poor. Never had enough towels for 3 adults for the week stay and had to ask each day. They had broken washer. They never had pool towels available. The TV in room did not connect to their server/wi-fi, so we had to program and trouble shoot to get any channels. There was no ice machine. The chairs/furniture in lobby were filthy/stained/smelly. The TV in lobby did not have a remote and when asked, they said they would look for it/find it, but when I checked back, the staff was sitting in office with their nose in their phone. Did not even try to look for it!

I didn’t like that I put pay at property but had received a call that I needed to transfer money to my account during a 3hr drive or my room would be cancelled. Super inconvenient and stressful. Other than that great location and super cute cafe next door.

Everything was great but the keycard situation is a disaster. We had to request a new card every day after first going to our room because they stopped working. We were told we kept them too close to our phone or credit card 🙄. Major inconvenience. And don’t expect any maid service no matter how long you stay.

It's in a very quiet industrial part of south Austin, but it makes it less noisy, which is nice. There was a decent restaurant/bar right next door as well a a Circle K for convenience on the other side. It was a fine stay, peaceful for the most part.

Overall the rooms and interior are updated and clean, with a cute outdoor pool and seating area. The only negatives were- the ice machine was missing on my floor and the workout machines were both very outdated- one was broken and the other was barely functional.

Was not happy at all, there was no hot water had to leave to a friend's hotel to take shower. No hot water all day. Yet had to pay full price! Will not stay there again, too many homeless around didn't feel safe

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenience of the location. I would definitely recommend this Ramada Inn when visiting Austin.

The restaurant wasn’t open and there was nowhere to get coffee at 8:30 am unless you like powdered creamer. I went to use the shower and the handle to turn on the water was sitting on the side of the tub. If the staff had cleaned the tub recently they probably would have noticed that and reported it. The tub may have been dirty or just stained yellow. We didn’t stick around to find out. Front desk was nice enough, but it took longer than it should have to check me in with him asking for, and returning my ID and credit card 3 different times.
