“Decent hotel at good price.”

I stayed a total of 3 nights and enjoyed the free breakfast downstairs. I would have liked to see more choices for the health conscious patrons. There was yogurt but only fruit was apples. It was good for kids though, a waffle maker and batter. The room was clean, comfortable and very hot water in the shower which I love. The desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant also. All in all a good stay. If you are travelling on business and need the WIFI, I had trouble getting a good connection. I ended up piggy backing on a neighboring hotel's WIFI but could only get two bars.

“Great hotel for the money”

Stopped into town for an overnight and was very satisfied with the hotel. It was the best value in the area and everything was clean, lobby was nice and staff was friendly.

The only complaint was: the pool was green. Did not look inviting.

I enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean and quiet. The a/c worked too good I had to turn it down. The channels on TV kinda sucked but I did not come all the way from NC to Austin to see TV so that doesn't matter to me much. The only thing I did not like much is the road it is on is a one way rd so you have to go around to get to the hotel.But most hotels are like that in Austin. It is right next to the hwy so if you can not handle a little traffic noise of cars passing by than this is not a good place for you. Its not bad though you can just hear the cars which is a given by the location. Everything is close by and it is right next to a gas station so you can just walk to it to get goodies. Its also next to subway so you can walk there too. The breakfast is not too bad but it is not the best eaither. I love that the rooms have porches you can go out on. The rooms are in good shape they are just still a little out dated. Its nice that they come with a micro. and fridge and coffe maker and hair dryier. They all worked very well. I loved this hotel and will stay here everytime. It was nice and queit and no one messed with us. Loved it.

“Would Definitely Stay Again”

Great location -- right next to Townlake and trails, Threadgills, near Bouldin Creek Cafe, and close to downtown. It's one of the more affordable hotels in that location and in my opinion, the best choice for the price. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly as were the people staying there. The bed was harder than I would have liked, but all other factors considered, I continued to stay there and even returned after moving to another hotel since this one was booked over the weekend.

“great hotel, will stay there again!”

I didn'y know what to expect, I had never stay at this hotel. I arrived at 6:00 a.m. and was really happy to find someone waiting at the counter with my room keys. The room was nice and confortable, and after the long drive it was really welcoming. That was also my first time attending the ACL music festival and the staff was really helpful with any questions I had about it. They even made my day by, giving me some bandaids I desperately needed for blisters I had on my ankles. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip thanks to them! This is a great hotel, I will stay here again!

I arrived late after a long day of traveling. There was a person at the front desk. Pleasant and ready to help me. The hotel was clean and about what I expected at the price point I paid. The hotel locatation is good for business travel but..not where I would go for a family vacation.

“Great Value with Expedia Discounts”

With the multiple day stay discount, the value of this hotel was great. Lobby, hallways, and room were clean, and beds have had their matresses recently replaced with new, comfortable ones. We had a sluggish toilet but they moved us to a new room after only a quick try with a plunger didn't immediately fix the problem. They offered assistance in moving luggage. Happy with response!. Hot Breakfast selection is good for free. It was a busy weekend but they had room in parking lot. During our stay, a box truck too tall for the covered registration car port took out the lights during breakfast and later that day when we had returned, the lights were already replaced - a tribute to their addressing maintenance issues fast. Even though it was on a interstate, it was quite in the room. It was quite in the halls and lobby as well. We thought of extending our stay in Austin, but left when the Hotel would not extend at the same low rates the Expedia had offered. We will certainly consider this hotel first upon future visits to Austin.

Been staying at facility for a long time. Everything is OK, Hotel is going through transition.I will continue staying at facility in future. Great location, easy off and on to freeway, plenty of eating establishments in area. Overall a good stay.
