“Comfy Apartment”

It was very nice & cozy. The gym isn't quite up to date but you can always just take a jog outside everyone in Austin runs. Im just not sure when they send the maids to clean the rooms. I'm not sure if I stayed long enough for them to come in and clean.

“Pretty good”

It was very cheap, and for the price I was really impressed. In room internet, cable (very basic cable, limited channels), cooking stuff, even had a toaster for the pop tarts I bought. Definitely not the lap of luxury, but for the price it is a great deal. Not a single complaint about the cleanliness, it was excellent.

“Will stay again.”

Reasonable hotel in nice area near Whole Foods market, Sam's Club, etc. Great restaurant nearby North by Northwest NXNW.

“Comfortable, Clean Suites”

Have stayed at Candlewood several times. Front desk staff is always pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and clean. On-site laundry is nice. Nearby Arboretum shopping and Gateway Shopping offer everything you could need.

“Loved It!!!”

This is an excellent hotel if you're planning to stay in town for more than a couple days. The suite was huge, with plenty of space for my family. We enjoyed the convenience of the full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave (there was also a small stove but we did not use it). The hotel is in wonderful condition and very clean. The use of the laundry area free of charge (aside from soap) was a huge plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to everything we needed - food, shopping, 183, and Mopac. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we're in Austin :)

“Upkeep”

The room was clean but the bathroom needed extensive maintenance. While I was there they were undergoing renovation which should improve this condition.

“Great room and a fair price”

I had a queen non-smoking suite. I was very surprised by how clean and nice the room was. I had just stayed in a supposed 5 star resort in Galveston and this hotel room was much cleaner and nicer than the resort. I will certainly stay here the next time I am in Austin.

“Satisfied”

The people were great and the room was clean. The airc onditioner was a little loud, but bearable.

“Would go back...”

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Hotel had a slight odor to it that I couldn't place, but overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
