Nice Hotel to Stay AtPosted Sep 22, 2013
Hotel was clean and close to various shopping centers and locations in the area. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They have excellent follow up skills (example: ensuring the status of cab requested) and will update you when you are waiting (even when this was realistically outside of their control to the expedience of a cab). The hotel has common sense strategies such as complimentary internet and coffee for guests as well.

Other than a somewhat noisy air conditioning unit, the stay was great. It has a modern look, appears relatively new, and located in a convenient, nice area. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Just PerfectPosted Jul 28, 2013
Pros: Everything was perfect.
Cons: Its a bit far from everything (if you don't have a car ), their grocery stock could be more.
Location: There is a movie theater close, 3 restaurants, 2 out those nice restaurants.
Surpassed any expectation, it was really really great.

Minimal accomodationsPosted Jul 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Staff not very friendly. Rooms noisy and not very comfortable. Stay here only if there is nothing else available.

So glad that I stayedPosted Jun 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was originally booked to stay at an Extended Stay of America around the corner, but THEY overbooked & didn't have a room upon my arrival. The sister facility that I was directed to was a total and complete DUMP. I spent just enough time there to go online & book a room at Candlewood. Although slightly higher nightly rate, the experience was like day & night. I'm done with Extended Stay & from now on will book directly at Candlewood. I'm worth the few extra dollars. Marissa/Ben at the front desk were superb and Tracy the Sales Manager made my experience exceptional. I will state that Meagan and Daniel at Extended Stay were great, but their mgmt. was unresponsive & unsympathetic to the stress & inconvenience their error caused me & to date has made no effort to address the situation. Just across the freeway from hotels costing twicePosted Jun 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very happy...would stay there again. Primarily business clientele, so no children or party "animals" running up and down the hallway. Great kitchen facility in room.

Memorial Day WeekendPosted May 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
For being a holiday weekend, this hotel was not packed at all. I was really excited about that. As far as our room goes, it was enough room for my husband and I. Included in our standard suite room was full refrigerator, stove, cabinets, which I LOVED, and a few dishes. We did not have our room cleaned because I do not like anybody going in there when we are not there! I rather do the cleaning myself. I did notice that they left a few dirty kitchen towels in the dirty basket that was left in the closet, which was pretty big!! Everything was up-to-date!! The reason I did not give it five stars is because the moment I stepped into my room, it reeked of smoke. You get used to the smell within 20 minutes, but I would rather not smell that every time I walk into the room. Overall great price for the room!! I probable would choose to stay here again, only this time I know to bring my FEBREEZE!!
