This hotel is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever checked into. The moment you pass the lobby it’s horrible. The carpets are extremely dirty, smells horrible of cigarette smoke, the furniture in the room extremely dirty. Never ever again. The front desk person was nice.

The property outside was okay however the rooms were not dated which was okay however there was no hot water and no water pressure they moved us to another room but the problem was the same

Staff was great. The facility needs some repairs and updates. The carpet is old & looks dirty and there are chips in the paint around the facility inside. The sofa in our room is very old and stained. The breakfast lady was helpful. The staff really was the only positive thing. I won’t stay again.

Not that good at all. There was no one to check us in, our key didn’t work, the morning breakfast was horrible, it was dirty the list goes on and on.

Didn’t have my room and was dirty
Booked a room a couple weeks in advance and was told they had nothing available when I arrived. After an hour was offered a room with a single bed for three adults. I’m addition the lobby area and bathroom was dirty and had roaches. Never made it to a room but assume they were not much better

Disappointing.
Short staffed. I arrived at 1am. Q was trying to resolve everything with no other help. I ended up waiting in line for a while. When we finally got to our room, it was not double beds that we reserved. So my daughter and I shared 1 bed. Hair dryer was not working and asked for one. But no other one available. Laundry room inoperable. Disapointing.

My family and myself where intown Austin over the weekend for the F1 Race., To sum it up., Very Expensive., This whole Comfort Suites Hotel including the room was extremely run down nasty & smelled bad like bleach trying to cover up the nastiness., The worst rundown hotels I've ever stayed at. I was Very, Very disappointed., To be nice i will give it a 1-star rating because of the staff, I will say the desk staff where friendly and nice people doing the best job they could for how rundown the hotel was. This hotel needs to be shut down and completely remodeled, stay away is my recommendation to all travelers.

When entering the lobby it's clear that they are remodeling and boy do they need it! The room I received was so outdated, smelled old and the carpet was stained from one end to the other. The couch was very worn and had small tears all over. The only reason I actually didn't leave is because the bed linens were clean and comfortable. I won't stay there again.

The carpets were very dirty in the hallway and bedroom areas. Our bedroom overlooked a parking area, windows were opaque with dirt so unable to see much of our surroundings. Poor lighting in the bathroom, and musty in the bedroom. The attendant in the breakfast area was very attentive and kind. The scrambled eggs were salty, the juice dispenser was broken, everything else offered for breakfast was good. The internet was not available. The first receptionist that greeted us when we arrived was kind, professional, and informative. We had an issue checking out, the receptionist was no where to be found, there was a note at the front desk indicating a number we could call but no one picked up the phone. We were limited for time checking out and when someone finally arrived there was a line of guests waiting to check out, due to our time constraints we handed the keys to the attendant and left.

This Comfort Inn location was not clean as we are use to. This may be a perfect hotel for construction workers or truck drivers. Had a double bed which one of the beds was right agains a filthy wall. The sheer curtains had brown stains and the carpet was noticeably dirty. Unfortunately, I purchased the non-refundable reservation in advance so I was stuck with it. Please note, the hotel is currently renovating and the lounge area looks so much better than the rooms. They mentioned that it will be about a year before all has been renovated.

This property was under renovation when we stayed, so the first floor was pretty torn up. The breakfast buffet was minimal. The staff was nice enough but wore street clothes. Our room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable, which it really all we needed. This wasn't the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, but definitely not the nicest either.

This property is apparently under renovation. It is clean, but worn down, the room didn't smell pleasant, the carpet was ick, the couch saggy. Much of what was in the breakfast area was marked out of order so I didn't even try the next morning. There's evidence of a reno with things torn up in areas, equipment under wraps, but I didn't see the positive side of that. But of course it's a process and I didn't know how far into the renovation the building is. I'm sure in the future it will be much more pleasant!
