Good and Bad, Should have tried new Best Western

Cons: See above, staff needs to be on it more
They gave me a room with a cracked duct taped window. Said it was out of service last week. Guess duct tape qualifies as a repair but it doesn't keep out the freeway noise. Had to change rooms, not a big deal but why did I have to? Then called front desk after checking out as I left an item in the room and wanted them to bring it down to front desk. Front desk said he would go up there personally and see if it was there and call me back either way. No call back. Then called again but she was too busy to deal with my request and I guess no one else could deal with it. Annoying! Also, no checkout receipt, no USA today at my door, there were others on the floor. Guess it throws them off if you move to another room. Otherwise it is a decent place. Saw a Best Western on a walk, new, away from highway a bit more, closer to review
