Met at the front desk both evening and morning by a professional, personable concierge. Room was well maintained, quiet, and comfortable.

“Very Decent Hotel”

My wife and I stayed there for a weekend event in Austin. The hotel is located around a great deal of restuarants and shopping. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast was adequate and good. For the price - it was an AWESOME hotel. A+++++

The hotel was clean, good value for the price of hotels compared, location had good accessibility to restaurants, interstate and stores such as a chain pharmacy.

“These folks KNOW what 'Customer Service' means!”

I was quite satisfied with both the accommodations and the front desk staff. I'd booked 2 rooms for myself and other family members due to a funeral and found the desk staff to be very courteous and empathetic. Due to extenuating circumstances, I had to purchase several fruit/cheese platters for the family gathering, and not having a refrigerator large enough to store the food until needed, I asked if it was possible to use the motel's refrigerator (used to store their daily breakfast items) to hold the trays until I could come get them. The daytime desk clerk was so very kind and allowed me to put the trays in their refrigerator. He really went above and beyond for me. The night desk clerk was also very friendly and even let me in the breakfast area before opening so as to grab a cup of coffee on Saturday morning prior to their scheduled opening of 7am (I hadn't noticed that on Saturdays the breakfast area opens a half hour later than on weekdays). I truly appreciated the kindness shown to my family and myself during such a stressful time. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

“Good Choice!”

Very good value for money. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable with plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices available. The hotel was slightly difficult to access from the north-bound I 35 but not impossible, but advise that you find out and remember which junction you need to exit from before you go!! Easy access back onto I 35 in both directions however. Not heard of this hotel'brand' before, but would stay there again.

“What We Were Looking For...”

Country Inn and Suites was really just what we were looking for . All was as presented in the publicity and although the hotel is right off I-35 we did not hear a lot of highway noise. I just wish the walls and floors were thicker so we wouldn't hear the other rooms' occupants. All in all very nice though. Service and facility very good. Would definitely stay again if in area and on same budget.

“Good, solid hotel...”

The room was clean and spacious. It has a microwave and fridge, too. The breakfast was nice - a lot of selection. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Austin area.

“Nice and Quiet”

We liked the fact that this hotel was nice and quiet and we could get some sleep. The free breakfast is also a great plus; nothing fancy but you can make your own waffles. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel.
