This hotel was very clean in almost brand new condition I would stay here again if I'm in Austin!

Lots of redecorating taking place throughout.

Pros: The desk in the room is made for a business traveler.
Cons: Cafe/Kitchen efficiency.
Location: The location is near the airport for convenience, but not very pleasing to look at.
It would have been nice to know they were under construction before I booked and arrived to find out. It will nice when their done - probably very soon. Small signature kitchen is nice on premises, but my experience is that they are not equipped for efficiency and take too long to prepare meals - a good idea, but poor execution, and it's not the staff's fault. Staff was apologetic about construction but when I informed them of no hot water after my first day - I had to remind them again on the following day. Good intentions, poor follow up.

Clean comfortable and convenient

Pros: Staff, rooms, location
Staff was nice. Room was great, the shower had good water pressure and the AC worked well. The gym had high end treadmills but was small but most people aren't spending hours in the hotel gym anyway. The airport is close as well as gas stations a Starbucks and a couple restaurants. If you want to take a cab into the city it is about 20$.

Close to airport but isolated. no places to eat.

Cons: Price is not right.
Location: ISOLATED AND ONLY ONE place in the vicinity to eat
Expensive for the quality of room, no breakfast included, poor lighting in room and too small with sofa that is too old and hurts our back.

I am sorry to learn you were not completely satisfied with your stay. While Courtyard by Marriott as a brand does not offer complimentary breakfast, our Bistro offers a wide selection of cooked to order breakfast options at reasonable prices, including Starbucks beverages. We just completed a full renovation of our guest rooms and public areas. The sofas, beds, and chairs in the guest rooms have all been recently replaced. Clean with comfortable beds

This was a nicely remodeled hotel and the rooms were very clean, with a super comfy bed. The only cons were that the hottub is drained and is being removed,and the food /coffee hours weren't good for me. One of the reasons I booked this was for on-site food, and that wasn't an option with the hours. The food stops at 10am and doesn't open again until 5pm. I like to sleep late on vacation, so there was no food, nor coffee. It wasn't too bad since there was a Waffle House and a Mexican place close, but would've been a lot better with different hours. Overall, very nice!

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. Our Bistro serves breakfast from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays, 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM on weekends. Starbucks coffee beverages are available 24 hours per day. If the Bistro is closed the front desk will gladly prepare your coffee order! We hope to see you again soon.

GREAT TIME!

Pros: The rate for the room was perfect and money well spent. Staff wonderful!
Cons: Speed up the elevator :)
Loved check in and check out. The new agent was fabulous, honest and just wonderful. The room was prefect and smelled new. Restaurant was good for a quick bit wasn't a 5 star cook behind the counter but the service and food was good.

Clean rooms but loud staff at 3 am in the morning

Room was cleaned well comfortable . Woke up several times due to staff bang bottles around yelling laughing from 2 to 4 am . Woke up several times. Breakfast not great but the service was fine.

NICE BUT REMOTE

Pros: Staff were extremely professional.
Cons: Put some signs on the roads to find it at street level.
Location: Great location: near SUBWAY, STARBUCKS, WAFFLE HOUSE in walking distance (over grass).
This was a very nice, clean hotel to stay in. Had all the amenities. The room absolutely had no smell of cigarette smoke - something I rarely see in most "smoke free" hotels. However there were two problems: (1) getting to the hotel from the highway was a bit tricky because it sits on top of a hill that can only accessed by using back entrances to other businesses. There isn't even a sign on the service road indicating its up on the hill. Only at night with the lights showing among the dark trees could one find this place. (2) For the price, I suspect the five other hotels nearby were less expensive ($200 a night for a double queen).

Did not have my hotels.com reservation!

When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our Hotels.com reservation in their system. They were pretty snippy about it until I produced my confirmation and showed them my hotels.com account which showed the reservation. We fortunately did get a room for the evening. I do stay here all the time and they are usually fabulous..
