clean and the service was excellent-were the good points,my room was on the ninth floor by the elevator- constantly going up and down throught the night, rooms are small.

This is a nice, clean hotel in a convenient part of Austin. The staff were very helpful.

Very cofortable room. Pleased with service. A restaurant being on the same plot was advantageous to me as well.

“Handicapped Room”

We had asked for a handicapped,room or a room own the first floor.We were put on the 4th floor,even through rooms were available on the first.It took us three time to get a key that would open the room door.

Not a bad hotel at all. Oh, the seafood restaurant nearby is not that great. Avoid.

Very good. Staff friendly, helpful. Motel is clean. Had excellent breakfast but no lunch or dinner service. one restaurant in walking distance.

Hotel is old and the room showed it's age. The curtins were stained and torn. The carpet looked dirty. Our room door sometimes would not shut all the way, so the room would not lock. I finally realized if you slammed the door, it would lock. In any case, it was not re-assuring. On the good side, we had a top floor room with a nice view, the bed was comfortable and the service was good. I probably still wouldn't stay there again, however.

No problems. Comfortable and clean. Almost forgot... there was no ESPN on the TV! Other than that, a reasonable place to stay.
