Pros: The pool and patio area are spectacular!
The hotel has an old world charm. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed my night there, wish I could have stayed longer.

The hotel was fine, the bed and pillows were great. The noise outside from a very large group of kids was awful for about 5 hours each night up until 11 pm.

Horrible place to stay.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Staff, specially receptionists.
Don't ever stay at this hotel, you will be sorry. Stayed for 2 night on June 20 and 21 for work meetings. My wife and I were at the Hilton Honor Floor. They had a middle school event with hundreds of kids screaming all night long, kicking room doors and trying to come in our room through the balcony. We didn't sleep for 2 days. I called the reception 4 or 5 times to complain and the only thing the reception could tell me is that "they couldn't control so many kids". In the morning, I asked for a total refund of the stay. They all were so arrogant and pompous. They refused categorically and wouldn't discuss the matter. Nobody will help you at this hotel because they don't care. They told me "you paid in advance so there is no refund". This hotel and the staff are a disgrace to Hilton Hotel brand. Shame on Hilton

Good hotel north of town

Pros: The bed was very nice
In town for the weekend, this hotel was fine for a couple of days. Very helpful and friendly staff. Check in and check out went very smoothly. Room was comfortable but a little worn. Bed was very comfortable. Our room was near the hot tub or pool equipment, so there was a bit of noise in the morning. Make sure to leave plenty of time for getting around. Austin isn't a very big city but the traffic really slows down any trip.

Nice facilities, good stay. Only recommendation would be refrigerators in rooms.

Watch out for extra charges 2 days after check out

I already overpaid for a king premium and was charged an additional 50 dollars 2 days after I checked out. It's not worth the hype of the price!

Ok hotel

Appeared to be mold on the corner of the ceiling in the bathroom, and whenever someone near is closed their doors it was the loudest sound ever! Hotel was ok, nothing great, for the price I probably wouldn't stay here again

Lovely place to stay

Pros: The patio doors that open up to the courtyard was a nice touch and the courtyard itself was very nice.
Hotel was very nice and close to downtown. Cab to 6th cost $15
