We loved this hotel and will definitely be back! We had a king suite that was very roomy and comfortable.

Non smoking obviously is not non smoking...

Walked into our room and walked right out! It smelled like we walked into a beer joint and the whole room stunk of cigarette smoke! On a positive note it was super close to the outlet mall!

Loved by all

Location: We floated the river, where you have many options, on Saturday. Went to 6th Street (which was 1/2 hour drive to Austin) Saturday night.Fun!!!
Upon check in at the large entry we went straight to the room. Everything was clean and orderly. We then made it to the complementary happy hour and relaxed before heading out to activities for the night. At the complementary breakfast buffet, the staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. The grandkids even enjoyed the free face painting! We will stay again. Thank you Embassy Suites for a wonderful stay!

My kids & I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was perfect, the pool was great and they had the best breakfast buffet we've ever had at any hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel is just minutes from the outlets. I would definitely recommend this hotel , we'll be back again soon! Keep up the great work!

Close to great shopping at the Premium Outlets.

Pros: Large rooms. Very nice location. They made the area around the hotel attractive. Nice to have a spa at Embassy Suites. We used it three times.
Cons: Housekeeping. On two different occasions we called before we left the room to have it serviced. We returned and the room was not clean.
Location: Shopping, River tubing, Austin
Spa was nice. Had some problems with housekeeping to get our room cleaned. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast, but evening managers reception was just ok. Need more variety of snacks.

Not comfortable

Posted Jun 17, 2014
it was a nice location for the hotel but certain things made us not want to consider staying again. The pillows were not comfortable at all. It as if it were stuffed with paper. The water faucet did not have any water pressure. The pool was not heated. I also expected more for the extra $20 that i paid for the premium room. Overall it wasnt worth the money that i paid.~

San Marcos Memorial Day Weekend

Very nice hotel. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and nice happy hour. Room was very nice. The fridge in our room wasn't working properly. Just barely had it on and it froze a bottle of water into an ice block in a couple of hours. We just turned it off since we we didn't use it anyway. Besides that, a very nice hotel. Will be staying there again when we go to San Marcos.

A mile from the Outlets

Posted May 23, 2014
Unfortunately for the hotel, a cable broke on one of the elevators just prior to our arrival, which meant that all had to be disabled until fixed and inspected. The alternative was the lone service elevator--we chose to walk the 3 floors. The breakfast buffet was decent and the staff was pleasant. The room was spacious and the rooms were nice. Only inconvenience is having to drive back and forth to the Outlets, because the only real path is up the service roads which are one way. So in this case, the trip from the Outlet to the hotel is brief, the alternative takes a little bit extra of road time.
