“What hotels should be like.”

Hotel in good location and nice part of Austin. I stay in alot of hotels in my business and this one is in my top three.

“Very good value for the money”

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Only complaint is minor - volume on TV was so low we couldn't hear it, and there was no one available until the next day to change it.

“Nice, cheap but make sure they don't take you credit card. -”

The hotel its self was nice and while I was there they service was great, however after I got back home I looked at my bank statement and noticed I was charged through expedia and through Extended Stay, so I called them and the guy I talked to, which was the same that checked me in got really ugly with me and told me that he took care of it and he knows he made the mistake, but the credit didn't show on my statement. I feel he should have told me at the time he made the mistake, but he didn't and then got ugly with me for no reason. I did call my bank and it was pending, but the initial charge had already went though.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

the room was very clean. This is a very basic hotel.. nothing special, however it was very clean. There was a small kitcheonette. For the $$ it was good, but this is not luxury at all!!

“Cedar Park”

Hotel was exactly what was expected; not quite the Ritz, but certainly above average.

“More than Adequate”

As a frequent visitor to Austin, I have tried many hotels in the Northwest/Arboretum area, and most of those are now on my "NEVER AGAIN!" list. I've placed the Extended Stay America at Lakeline Mall on my "Good price, decent room, decent bed, will stay again" list.

“It's all about price and location”

I selected this hotel not really knowing what to expect but I understood that the price guaranteed a cheap stay. Indeed the room was lackluster but in line with my expectations for that price. The evening staff attendant was very friendly and made up for the no-frills selection. However, I was very pleased with the location of the hotel in relation to the major marketplaces and main highways through town. I would definitely stay there if I were on a tight budget but still wanted to feel safe and clean.
