Lovely Stay..

I had a very good stay at this property. It was nice, clean, convenient to local stores and easily accessible.

Adequate hotel

Cons: Cleanliness
I stayed at this hotel for two nights due to its convenient location. It's an average hotel. Nothing fancy and a little on the dingy side. The elevator floors were dirty, sticky, and un-swept, my room smelled like melted wax, there are no hairdryers, and they do not provide enough towels. You need to ask for more. They provide "breakfast" in the morning which is granola bars, apples, and very weak coffee. I think it's overpriced for what you get and for the condition of the hotel.

HORRIBLE STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!

Cons: FIRE ALL OF THE STAFF AND HIRE NEW, FRIENDLY STAFF.
First, I know that Extended Stay isn't a top-notch hotel but I have stayed at several different locations, before this one. Until staying at this hotel, I was satisfied with Extended Stay. I checked into my room on Wednesday (3/25) at approximately 3:15 PM, I proceeded to start bringing up my luggage and once inside my room, I noticed that there wasn't any towels in my bathroom. I went back downstairs and told the lady working that there wasn't any towels in my room. She said that the towels were still washing and they would be ready in an hour. I told her okay and came back down in an hour, they STILL WEREN'T DONE! She proceeded to tell me that towels weren't in her job description and proceeded to joke about it with a fellow guest. After that, I told her I would like to call her manager and she refused. She then told me that the she would bring them directly to my room when they were ready (approximately 10-15 minutes). At 6:00 PM, she still didn't bring them to me and I eventually went to the front desk and all she said was "my bad, I forgot." EXTENDED STAY HAS OFFICIALLY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

Well hidden and convenient

Easy access and a little tricky to maneuver to on the first go, especially at night.

Very smoky smell even in non smoking parts of the building, hard mattresses and scratchy blankets, usually no one at the front desk, other than that not too shabby, quiet and affordable.

Smelly beer cans left in room

I thought the room smelled and dismissed it as a stale room. The next night I came in from being gone all day and I thought the room smelled again. Well I started looking in the cabinets in the kitchenette and found the source. It was empty beer cans piled inside the cabinet underneath. I was not too pleased once I discovered this so I complained and the front desk clerk and she said she would try to do something about my bill.I have not heard back. Thank you and have a great day.

The luggage dolly's were broken...

Pros: staff, location, and price.
Cons: Furniture dolly, breakfast grab and go at 5:30 am....
Luggage dolly's broken on check in. Had to ask for a furniture dolly to move my portable office, took three trips. Ckeck out on Friday am, had requested the same furniture dolly at 5 pm Thursday. Manager left message for night manager to provide, At 5 am, no dolly, no night manager awake anywhere, 5 trips later departed. You tell me if that's good service. I am gong back next week with my own dolly...
