They will steal your money and blame it on you! Booked a room through Expedia. I came in at 2 am, gave them my card, was given a room key. Went up to my room, only to be woken up at seven in the morning by an extremely rude front desk female clerk. She told me that there was “supposed to be nobody in the room, good thing had the deadbolt on the door because she just barged in then asked me my first and last name and told me that there was no reservation on the room. I told her clearly there was a reservation, because otherwise, how did I get a room key? I told her I made a reservation with Expedia the night before and checked in and if there was some sort of problems with her computers that she needed to go fix it and leave me alone because I was extremely tired. She called me back 20 minutes later asking for a confirmation number and then told me that my room had been canceled. And that she would look into it further and call me back in an hour. I was exhausted, tired and couldn’t go back to sleep so I got up and left. Figuring they would deal with their own technical difficulties later. Two or three hours later and they charge me for two nights instead of one. I then went to the location only to have them argue with me about their errors in their computer system instead of apologizing for only allowing me to get five hours of sleep they just kept going on and on about how their computer system works. I eventually had to call corporate and that is how I got my money back.

This hotel was extremely dirty and the lobby, halls and rooms all had a foul smell that would not go away. The pictures depict a whole different hotel.

There was a big white stain on the bed sham. Hair in the shower. A sandal under the bed. Socks under the bathroom sink. Overall poor condition.

I liked the location right off 183. Hotel had a park area behind establishment . THE BED IN ROOM 213 COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER/ SOFTER BUT MANAGEABLE TO SLEEP IN. Room 213 was GREAT corner room with 2 windows. NEED TO FIX COFFEE MACHINE!!!

It was in a convenient location, served purpose to have a place to stay before our house was ready but it was very dirty, air vents in room was caked with dust, under beds was filthy. Someone before us left underwear under the bed that the cleaning staff didn’t pick up. Seemed under staffed at times . Front desk employees could be heard complaining.

The Lakeline location of the Extended Stay America is much like any other - tidy and with all the basics you need for one night. A full kitchen with scaled down frig and cooktop plus a microwave, sink, and counter top space give you enough of a kitchen for full meal prep if you care to dine in during your stay. This is a very basic style accommodation - if you *require* the finest sheets, thickest towels, and most glamorous furnishings, this is not the choice for you. You get what you need for a comfortable stay. On the company website they list "breakfast" as included. It should probably say "continental breakfast" which is code for snack bars and pre-packaged muffins, plus coffee. You won't go hungry, but you also won't want this every day for a month. If you just need a decent place to sleep at low cost, this may be a good option for you. If you want to be pampered in luxury, just know this isn't the place for that.

Really great for people traveling with pets—soundproof rooms, easy access to exits, pet-friendly floors, access to nice grounds to walk away from traffic and other pets. The beds are extremely comfortable, rooms comfortably furnished, and staff very friendly.

There were bugs in the shower, the water pressure in the shower was horrible. This was my 2nd stay and it was the same then also. Only good thing was the desk clerk. He was great and very friendly.

The hallway was dark and smelt like curry. My room had new paint, but the shower curtain rod was hanging on by one small screw. Stains all over the lamp shade. How's in the thin blanket. Terrible hotel--there's a reason it's 2-star. The sheets were stained and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Don't be swayed by the price or photos. We had to endure a 7 am fire drill on a Saturday morning, not once but twice. This is the dirtiest and most unkempt hotel I've ever stayed in. The entrance lobby was filthy as well. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Everyone was really nice once we arrived. The only thing that would make sleep more comfortable is better pillows. Our back hurt through the night but other than that everything was clean.

More long term tenants than travelers.
First room, cable was out. Moved me to another room. Barely clean, huge dead bug, bed not comfortable. You had to bring your towels/bedsheets down to the front desk to get clean ones. It's basically an apartment building for people that don't have enough for first/last months rent. Grab and go breakfast that doesn't get refilled and is gone if you don't get there in the first hour. Won't stay here again.

I could not stay at this hotel. The smell throughout was just indescribable. When I got to the room, the toilet didn’t work, the room smelled even worse and I decided I was not going to stay. When I went to check out, I stood at the front desk waiting for the attendant. After awhile I called the front desk (while standing there) and still no service. When the attendant showed up, I told her I couldn’t stay here and was checking out.

My booking was from 19 to 27 Aug. I checked out on 21 August. As per property they refunded my dues to Expedia. However Expedia took all my money and didn't refund me anything. Please don't book through Expedia, it's fraud.
