You Get What You Pay ForPosted Mar 17, 2015 on Hotels
I had gotten to the hotel around 10:30 at night and there was a sign at the front desk to dial zero if you needed assistance. The lady that works there had been in a room helping a guest. She came down the elevator and promptly helped me with my reservation (very sweet). I went up to my room and my toilet was running, but every 10 -15 minutes it would flush. I tried for about 30 minutes, but couldn't sleep so I called the front desk. The sweet girl at the front desk switched to the only available room in the hotel, next door. The toilet in that room did the same thing, needless to say I didn't get much sleep. I had to leave very early the next morning so I got ready and left, when I pulled the door, it didn't lock. No matter how I tried, it didn't lock (I'm glad I put the extra latch on). I went downstairs to tell someone (and checkout) they needed to secure my room and the desk was empty. I guess this hotel has no one that works the front desk from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am as I soon found out. Also, at 4:30 am when I was leaving there was a "gentleman" looking in the front door trying to get in...scary. As I was a single woman traveling alone I would never stay there again, but even if my husband was with me I'd never stay again.

Needed a place to stay, not the best place.Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: The staff was helpful.
Cons: Too numerous to mention.
Location: Easy to get to...
The staff was good, saved our room. The air conditioner was very noisy, could not sleep. I realize the hotel was only a 2 star but it was not in great condition. Needs a make over. They advertise a continental breakfast. They would be better off not providing anything but coffee and tea. Not much of a breakfast. BTW watch out for that elevator, not in good condition. Should be checked out.

Desk was closed when I arrived. I knocked and called out for almost 10 minutes before someone finally came to check me in. "breakfast" = granola bars and apples.

Not too shabby!Posted Feb 26, 2015 on Hotels
Stayed a week, room was clean and comfy. Rail road tracks barely 100 yards away, very busy with trains. Take ear plugs!

awful awful awfulPosted Feb 17, 2015
The drywall from the ceiling was falling off and the carpet was completely stained. The lock on the door was messed up you have to wiggle it.

This hotel is slightly a dumpPosted Feb 16, 2015
Smells like a pot farm. Very dirty and run down. The toilet was running the whole night.

Dog friendly hotelPosted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: Dog friendly
Rooms a little small but over all an adequate and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just off I-35.
