“Will never be back there again”

- no friendly employees - dirt room - shower does not work very well - dead insects in the room - A/C malfunctioning - weird smell in the elevators and in the stairs - only time I needed the vending machine, it was out of order - laundry worked pretty good

“Bring your own cleaning supplies”

Location, good. Kitchen supplies, incomplete. Staff, indifferent. Cleanliness, poor. Before settling into the room, clean your room, bathroom, dishes, and by all means, cover the reclining chair with clean towels--it is filthy. We reserved and stayed for the seven days; but I had to request cleaning, changing sheets, etc. The hotel "promise" is to indicate cleaning day upon check-in when staying seven or more days. That was not done. We had to request a pot and pan to use in the kitchen. There are few options for families trying to economize; I guess this hotel is taking full financial advantage of that fact.

“Pick a different Hotel”

Upon check in the Front Desk did not return my CC or ID, it was not until the next day while out that I realized it was missing. Had to go to Front Desk (after 2 hrs of trying to reach them by phone) during reg business hours to retrieve it. Eventually had to cancel my CC. In this day and age of Identity Theft could not take a chance on that. Room was not clean and was hot. Staff not pleasant.

“It was a nice stay”

The hotel was clean overall and the staff was friendly. The only thing I found a little odd was the fact that you have to take your towels to the front desk if you want new towels. Overall, very nice stay.

“Great quality hotel for the price”

I enjoyed my stay. We only stayed one night, but the accomodations were clean, comfortable, and quiet. There were plenty of towels and other supplies. Check in was fast and easy.
