“great place to stay”

The hotel was great and having a pool was a must when stayin in Austin in June. The only down side was that out room did not have a mini fridge. This is a must have in a room, because you need to have a lot of cold bottled water on hand.

Next time I come back to Austin TX, this is the place I'll be staying. Clean room, great location, and best of all, super low price.

I've stayed in a handful of the Austin two to three star hotels, and this Marriott was the best I've stayed in on two fronts: 1) The staff was plentiful and very friendly. 2) The hotel was clean and up-to-date.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. The rooms and common areas were clean and fresh. I will surely stay here again if returning to Austin.

This has been the best Fairfield Inn we have stayed. It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a train track by this hotel but it didn't bother us at all. Our grandchildren loved watching the train. We didn't hear it at night so it wasn't an issue for us.

“North Austin”

The hotel seems very new and in great shape. The front desk crew were outstanding. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that the pool was outback and close to the railroad tracks. There seems to be a busy railroad schedule in the late afternoons when I was there for a few days. The sound and the smell wasn't the most pleasant during my pool time.

I really enjoyed staying here. The location was great and the service was awesome. I will surely stay here again on my next trip.

Decent continental breakfast which include make your own waffels. If you're a light sleeper, make sure your room isn't on the back of the hotel - train tracks are right behind the hotel.
