“Fantastic Customer Service”

The room was a little small, but very clean and nicely decorated. Nice change from other hotels in similair price range. The whole staff was friendly, professional and very courteous. Even calling us by name every time we came and went. I called the day after checking out because I had left something in the room. They were wonderful about mailing the item to me. Will stay there again!

“Fit our needs”

We wanted a hotel with free breakfast and an indoor pool. This hotel fit our buget and had both of these things.

“Very nice”

The good The beds were very comfortable, no problem hooking up to the complimentary wi-fi. The elevator was warm on a 100 degree day, but seemed to be in working order by the morning. Continental breakfast was good and the coffee kept fresh. The not so good. Signs say the ice machines are on each floor but actually only one near the lobby. Found it convenient to downtown, airport but without airport noise. Pool was a little to chloriny. Smelled like a bottle of clorox. Will definitely stay again on my next trip

“No frills”

A good place to sleep - not much else. Nothing to do near the hotel. Downtown Austin is about 10 minutes north on I-35 (which was always gridlocked). The workout facility consisted of two treadmills in a mirrored room. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

Again, I felt that the employees were great at the hotel and were able to answer any questions that I had. It was a great location for me and what I was doing. The rooms were comfortable. The only thing is that there is very little food available around the hotel so if you do not have a car you will be eating at the subway and the mariott for the length of your stay which is somewhat pricey.

“Good location and above average condition”

This hotel is a good location for most recreation and business. Located south of the river which avoids most traffic congestion. Breakfast does not open until 6:30 which wasn't early enough.6:00 would work better for guest with earlier schedules.
