“The best location & confort in Austin”

I love to do exercise and be close to nature and in this stay at the Four Seasons, the beatiful river is so close and all nature around with great confort.

“Great Experience!”

We had a great time in Austin... Great little town with very good hotel's. The Four Seasons Hotel was great. Very interesting bridge behind our hotel. The bat's were neat, educational experience as well as a fun place to stay.

“Wonderful hotel, good location, excellent staff”

This was a last minute business trip and Four Seasons was in the vicinity of the Convention Center. The hotel was very clean, the staff was professional and helpful. If I have to travel back to Austin I will stay at this hotel.

“Convenience and Luxury”

I spent a long weekend at the Four Seasons in Austin with my teenage son, who was participating in an athletic event at the nearby Convention Center. Normally, I cannot find hotels of this caliber within walking distance of the large convention centers in other major US cities. I have stayed at other Four Seasons hotels and this one is not quite as luxurious as the others I've been to (room & bathroom size is a little smaller and the walls are a little thinner), but we were quite happy with the comfortable beds and excellent room service food. Our room had a view overlooking the water, which was nice. Austin has several fun restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. We both enjoyed our stay and hope to go back sometime. I would book the Austin Four Seasons again.

“Great place!!”

Great hotel, great location, great food, great service and beds were sooooo comfortable!!! Plan on staying there again next year.

“Luxurious with a price gouge”

The room was extremely clean and the housekeeping staff cleaned twice a day. The staff was also extremely courteous and responsive to our needs. One issue I did have was that despite the higher price we paid for this luxury hotel, there was a charge for Wi-Fi, which is generally free at even Holiday Inns. The fee for overnight parking was outrageous as well. It cost more than the rates for downtown Chicago!

“Overpriced stay”

Lovely hotel in the Four Seasons tradition. I have stayed at most all of the other nice hotels in downtown Austin and found my room to be essentially no different than the one I had at the Marriott Courtyard, Hilton or Stephen F. Austin. The big difference is being chingled for more money at every turn. Room was was overpriced, add a balcony - $20 more, valet parking $31/day (in Austin not New York) Sunday morning 8am breakfast in the dining room - no menu service available but the Sunday Brunch is only $48! Well all this luxury got very expensive. I am not staying here again unless I have good reason to although every staff member I encountered was gracious and welcoming.

“Desperately needs a remodel”

The hotel needs a remodel. It feels old, smells old (musty) and looks stale. The bathroom is terribly out of style and the room is small.
