The rooms are clean and parking is decent. But the breakfast was just sad. All they offered was cold cereal and coffee. Also my tv stopped worked and they refused to exchange it out. I had to bring home from a family member to use the rest of my stay. Unacceptable !

Over all is property is decent. Except I do need do say or complain that my tv stopped working a couple of days into my stay and management wouldn’t replace the tv. Isn’t that considered an amenity? Also they advertise breakfast buts just. Cold cereal and coffee. Every day. That’s not breakfast. I’m calling customer service and asking for some type of compensation.

It's an older hotel so is in need of some renovations. The staff was polite and the location was convenient. The price was right.

Let me say this- it will probably be the last time we spend our money there. I’ve been in customer service for yrs! And all I can say is here, the customer is never right and the clerk is argumentative, charged us a $10 a night extra charge for our dog, even after him asking to see the registration (which fyi there is no actual registration for service animals in Texas) then proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t expect what we showed him, even though technically he can not ask for such documentation! Then stood and argued with me! Never again! I’m sorry but last time I checked you don’t treat your repeated customers that way!

The male employee was rude and check in was behind a partition. Charged a deposit. The outside was old and did not look or feel like a safe area. The pool was green and full of grossness. Laundry machines were outside and rusted. The room was plain awful! Filthy floors, it smelled, dirty microwave, paint peeling off of and left in the tub, metal areas rusted, broken vent, old curtains hanging off, bugs on the ceiling, and on and on. Do not recommend, will never return and regret wasting my time and money! Expedia should not have this rundown facility as an option!

Hello Robert,Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay with us. After Covid we decided to use the partition for the safety of our beloved guest and staff. Deposit is fully refundable up on checkout. Pool was closed for the season as it mentioned in the sign during your check in. We have recently renovated our rooms please check us out again in future when you are in area!

The beds were good, the toilet was new and clean. The staff was helpful and nice. The bathroom had mold all over the shower. The sofa and desk chair had open holes in them. The hair dryer was a safety hazard and looked as if someone took a hammer to it. The entire place was just old and sad. The next room over partied til 2 am.

Rooms are dirty, manager was so rude, didn’t get my deposit back because they didn’t tell me that I had to go to the front desk, second time I tried to get my deposit. I waited there for 10 minutes and nobody came to the front desk so I never got my deposits back. Also the AC didn’t work

We appologize for any inconvenience cause to you. When you first came to get your deposite, you still were not checked out and room was occupied. Before we could refund your deposite, we have to check your room and for that room should be completely vacant so we asked you to come back after you are checked out. Second time when you came back, we went to inspect your room and by the time we return to office, you were gone off the property. We found your room in horrible condition with trash and food stains all over the wall, floor, bed sheets etc. We have pictures and video of your check out room and we are more than happy to share it with you. Please don't try to ruin our reputation by lying about A/C and other stuff when you stayed for 3 nights and had to complain until we could not extend you for not able to pay your rent on time. Our staff works really hard to provide the best stay possible and don't deserve this kinda of false accusation.

Odor in the room was horrible. Smelled like a spray was used to cover up odors possibly from previous pets. Floors were dirty. Doors were not safe. Crickets in the room and were under the pillows.

You have to give credit for new owners trying to renovate an older property. BUT check in was at best normal, the property while pet friendly charges for the pet and has no real room to walk or care for the pets. The room was made up but the floors were dirty, the furniture very old and looked more like acquisitions from a garage sale. The repair work that had been done on the room was at best amateur. Paint splatter was evident and the bathtub had large amounts of paint residue. The faucets were not installed correctly so you had to be very careful about turning off the water. The smoke detector was dangling by the wires. There were roaches in the sink area which was left with either paint residue or tobacco residue. Outside needed cleaning. There was a significant amount of trash, beer bottles, and landscaping debris. Breakfast consisted of your choice of two dry cereals, coffee, and leftover juice. For the price this was very disappointing.

took a shower in the evening.. water as VERY HOT.. I could only cool it down by having it run at a vert low flow. Temp was FINE the next morning. I was barefoot and there was "stuff" all over the floor.. It had not been swept (or not very well)

Horrible conditions.
Both my brothers rooms and mine had roaches and were unkept. Floors were not swept. Linens were dirty. The smell was awful. The front desk refused to let me speak to a manager and refused to speak to the manager in front of me. I want a refund. We had to stay elsewhere and wasted $200 on disgusting rooms.

Sounded like fun shots in the pool area at 1 am. Door didn’t have a chain security lock. I put the table and chair in front of the door for security. Scary place!

Dear Travis,We have investigated the situation and that sound was actually from the construction work going on the Williams Dr bridge. Also, our all doors have built in dead bolt which can be locked from inside and no key can unlock from outside. Hope this helps you understand and situation. The office manager was super friendly. The room was huge but not very nice at all. The beds were super uncomfortable and noisy. The bathroom had old chipped paint. Fixtures were not clean. Had to go to the office to get iron and ironing board. Not appealing from the street or inside.

Safety wrapped cups not replaced in the morning Friday night when I returned the bed was not made two out of three towels Replaced. Instead of throwing away the used cup they just moved it. I’m not going to drink from a cup that someone touched while cleaning my room.
