“Excellent customer service”

I was confortable in every aspect in this hotel, breakfast was very nice and they have everything I needed, I left an expensive blouse there and they sent it to me next day. I was impressed.

Arboretum, lots of stores and good restaurants, area is nice and inviting, I always have fun there

I worked retail for many years, best stores and boutiques, I love beautiful things and I'm a fashionista so I Iove shopping, the Domain, NM las call, Arboretum and downtown, do them all.

Good location close to the mall, restaurant and the freeway. Hotel is nice and clean. Easy check in and front desk very accomodating. Good customer service. Good breakfast. We'll definitely go back again.

Area recommendations

Downtown 8th St. and One World Theater is the best seat to see popular artist up close and personal.

“Great Austin Hotel”

Wonderful hotel. Great location near the main arteries of Austin. Rooms were super clean, spacious and well furnished. I am most particular about my hotels since I have traveled every week for over 20 years. This is one of the best places I have stayed. It was quiet too and was a bargain.

“Great Hotel!”

Excellent. This Hampton Inn has been renovated and is a great hotel to stay at. I was traveling to Austin for work and this hotel completely met my expectations. The only thing I wish the room had was a refrigerator/microwave. Other than that everything was great. Close to The Domain which was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Area recommendations

NW Arboretum Area, close to The Domain Shopping Mall which is a GREAT place to shop. Very easy access to freeway and great places to eat nearby.

Hotel was great. Rooms were very clean. Bed was so comfortable, Front desk was very helpful, Breakfast was nice, Enjoyed the stay.
