A decent stay, our normal find at a Hampton. This hotel offered a complimentary fajitas dinner during the midweek as well, which was nice

It was a very easy drive to the venue wee needed to go to. The staff was very helpful with the directions, ect. The staff was very pleasent!

Nice hotel close to the airport

Pros: Location, functionality, cleanliness.
Cons: Refrigerators in the rooms.
Location: Very close to the airport (without the jet engine noise), Downtown Austin and most city attractions are only a short drive away.
This was a functional hotel. It served well for location The room and amenities were good. The parking was plentiful and just beyond the lobby entrance. It was easy to get around, the layout was good and things were very well placed.

Very comfy beds! Love Shuttle service to airport.

Need bigger trash cans per floor so we can throw out pizza box, etc. There did appear to be what looked like mold or mildew on ceiling of shower in room 420. That's a little worrisome. Otherwise very happy with our stay.

We were pleased that breakfast starts at 6:00 am, which makes it work with early morning events or meetings.

I had a great stay. The front desk people were great, Hazel, Bobbie, and Kate were great they were very helpfull. If i stayed in austin again i would b ook at this hotel. Enjoyed my stay there

Dirty sheets

Sheets felt like they hadn't been washed in a while. Barely slept thru the night. I stay at this hotel quite often too. Never happened before but this last time has me looking for a different hotel.
