“Perfect for catching next morning flight.”

Hotel is closest to the airport for people sleeping over night in wait for their flight. That's only reason I would use that hotel. Hotel is nice, spacious rooms, very nice staff. Problem is it's isolated from anything, so if you are planning to see the city during this night, you will be disappointed. I couldn't get to nearby restaurant, but the shuttle guy was so nice he drove me back and forth to Denny's nearby, as it was passed midnight and I was starving.

“Overall Very Good”

All services and amenities were excellent with the exception of parking...Valet service is offered but each time we returned to the hotel after 10pm there was no valet present. Parking was in a paid lot and there was often no attendant present...all in all parking was a bit confusing. Otherwise, a very convenient location adjacent to the airport and major highways, room was spacious and well appointed, service was excellent, including providing us with a garment steamer at our request....at the price we paid, an excellent choice.

“We'll Be Back”

We have used your hotel several times before leaving on trips and will be there again before flying out Labor Day Weekend. I'm sure we will be back many times in the future. It is quiet, comfortable and convenient to the airport.

“Bring Lots of Cash!”

The hotel is beautiful, the room service exquisite and the accomodations first class. But every thing you did other than sleep required money. Parking $15.00/night, High Speed Internet ($10.00?..don't remember the exact amt), you can use the internet cafe downstairs to check in but HURRY! If you are on more than 15 minutes, there's a per minute charge! And if you print out your boarding pass.... another $1.00 per page!!!!!

“Good hotel but not at right location...”

Very good hotel. They provide free airport shuttle but you have to call them to request a pickup (may take upto 30 mins) so remember to note down their phone numbers before you travel. Also, Remember to tip airport shuttle driver (at least $ 10/ride) or else you will need to wait up to 20 minutes to go back to airport. This hotel is located right outside the Austin airport and that's why there are no businesses surrounding the hotel (There is nothing around this hotel except for a long term parking lot). So, this hotel would not be a good choice for people, who think about stepping out for evening walk or to grab a bite. One tip for drive in customers, before making reservation please call them and negotiate for free parking passes or else you may have to pay $ 7 or 10/day. A cab costs about $ 25-30 one way to Austin downtown from this hotel. So it would be a wise decision to spend that amount on hotel reservation and get a nice hotel in downtown itself.

“Great Value, Comfortable Stay”

Our only complaint about the hotel was that it was FREEZING! We walked into our room and the thermostat was set at 55 degrees. Granted, it was 100+ degrees outside, but this was excessive. Turns out that the temperature controls on the thermostat were probably just there for looks, as the air actually never turned off. We turned the air off in the morning when we left for the day so that the room would warm up while we were gone, but the maid turned it back on and the room was freezing when we returned at night. Did not think I needed to pack sweats for a trip to Austin in August! If you're allergic to down, be sure to ask for cotton pillows first thing when you check in, because it took a while to receive those from housekeeping when we had to call down for them. Overall very comfortable and clean. And friendly staff!

“Strange design”

Well maintained and clean. The hotel used to be a military office, so half of the rooms have windows that face only the lobby area--no outdoor view. We had one of these rooms although the hotel seemed fairly empty. It made us feel as though we were staying in an office!
