Pros: Everything
Cons: Free breakfast
Location: Location was great a lot of shopping and restaurants close by.
We were surprised how nice the rooms were, very spacious, excellent price, clean, the staff was very helpful, we were very pleased with this hotel. I will definitely book this hotel over and over again.

Vacation trip

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: beds
Cons: nothing
stayed just one night, but would have stayed longer to enjoy the poshness of this hotel. Temperpedic mattresses, fluffy pillows and immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet was not complimentary, but the $6 charge was fair for the selection. Conveniently near Hwy 183, but no noise.

Nice Hotel

Posted Jul 18, 2014
The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was caring and nice as well. The hotel is close to a lot restaurants so there are plenty of dining options. It sits right on 183 which was convenient for getting around. The only downside (which is out of their control) is the vacant building that sits in front of the hotel.

Nice, fresh hotel about 15 minutes from downtown

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Cons: The shower curtain rod in our room looked as though it could have used some maintenance. The screw plates were loose and the rod was not stable.
Location: Restaurants within 3-5 minute walk. Easy access to highway 183 and only a few minutes away from MOPAC and I-35.
Stayed over the 4th of July weekend and was surprised at the quality of the hotel. The lobby area is very inviting. The hotel had a pleasant 'clean' smell to it. We really enjoyed the adjustable mattress and the keurig machine in the room. The staff was also very nice; the housekeeping staff would leave friendly notes wishing us a good day or similar. Would definitely recommend if staying slightly out of the downtown area is not an issue!

This will be our "home" from now on whenever we travel to Austin. The Hilton Garden Inn Arboretium in North Austin was excellent all the way around.

Great experience, even on our third stay in 3 year

Posted Jul 6, 2014
We visit Austin annually to visit relatives we found this place 3 years ago. And we always return the location is great, the staff is helpful, the place is always up to par, the air filled adjustable mattresses however eh! Not do great I mean we slept but I prefer a regular mattress. So we tollerate it! I suggest this location. To anyone who needs this area in Austin.

Great Hotel for the price.

Posted Jun 10, 2014
Location: Location is a bit hidden but you just have to look for the hotel sign. It is behind a Bone Daddy's. Just keep your eyes open on the highway exiting.
I arrived to Austin for X Games but it was a whole day event. I wasn't able to check in at 3pm, the usual time you check in. I called them and they were nice enough to check and assure me that it was not a problem. I arrived at 11:40pm that night to check in and it was not a problem. The room was nice, the restroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. The pillows felt weird as it was a fluffy with a sink in type of head feel. Not a big deal to me. Over all a really good hotel. They have a buffet breakfast in the side lobby. 8am-11am.

Outstanding Facility

Posted Jun 5, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, clean facility
Cons: Didn't need anything different.
Location: On the other side of Austin from the airport, but a straight route on Route 183. Lots of shopping around.
I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for five nights. The desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I forgot my Hilton credit card, and they worked with the credit card company to get necessary approvals and paperwork completed to get the stay charged to the card. I had other credit cards with me, but they said they would be happy to help me get it on the one I wanted. The lobby area was very clean, always had fresh coffee and water, and in the evening had fresh cookies available. The workout facility was not expansive, but had several treadmills and towels available. My room was clean and the linens were fresh.
