“Convenient for NW Austin”
This hotel is unremarkable but I've stayed here twice and there's been nothing wrong with it at all. It's very comfortable, very clean and convenient for freeways.
“Seems new, great service, wonderful stay”
excellent staff and hotel. Is this place new? It sure seems like it! Breakfast was nice but not free (7.99). Plenty of options and includes made to order omlets. Great service, we will be back!
“Getaway option”
Great time! Great location! I hate this survey. Love the hotel but this survey is driving me nuts. How much do I have to type before it is happy
“My problems weren't really the hotels fault.”
The hotel was great but I had a few issues that aren't their fault. The bed was really soft for my taste and even tho you can adjust it to be firmer it didn't get firm enough, I guess I am use to my old broken in spring mattress. There was also a baseball team in the hotel and since I was at the end of the floor by the stairs I had to listen to these guys running up and down the stairs and the stairwell door slamming for most of the night. These things are nothing that I would give the hotel a twist about.
“Highly Recommend!”
We were there for leisure but the hotel is setup more for business patrons. That said, the staff were VERY friendly and polite. They made the extra effort to greet every guest they came into contact with. We didn't use the room service or restaurant as Austin has so many other diversions. The business center was available so we could print our return boarding passes. The pool is indoor with a nice Hot Tub. Made use of the fitness center witch was pretty state of the art! Free coffee 24 / 7 was very nice too. Will consider it on our return trip.
“Hilton Garden Inn Austin NW - Arboretum”
We really made the right decision when picking this Austin Hotel for a few nights, during our Texas road-trip. The bed was absolutely superb. Staff were very courteous. Downtown was easily accessed by car. A free breakfast would have been nice, but you can't have it all
“Good choice for business travel”
Very pleasant stay. Handy location in the arboretum area, with easy trip to airport along the 183. Lots of shops and dining in the area.
“Nice Hotel”
It was a very nice hotel, especially for the price we paid. The beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Wish we would have had more time at the hotel to enjoy the pool and spa area. They could leave that area open later that was the only downside, they close the pool & spa at 10pm :(
“Fantastic experience - highly recommend”
This was our 1st visit to Austin, TX. The hotel was very easy to find. The staff greeted us immediately and were very helpful with any questions we had. The room was delightful, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and the hours were great for us as were had to adjust to a time change from our home area. We did not have a chance to enjoy the pool as we were on the go most of the time. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and the staff were helpful in their recommendations. We accidentally forgot our camera in the room when we left and the house keeping and the hotel manager were prompt in assisting up in having it shipped to our home. There is not one thing I can say that is negative in regards to our visit and when we return to Austin we will definately come back to this hotel.
“Great Stay!”
My overall experience with this hotel was wonderful! I was at the hotel 4 days (3nights); Spacious room, free Internet service! Reasonably priced breakfast buffet and 24 hour access to a variety of snacks, real food and toiletries. Warm, friendly, accommodating staff. Great accessibility to area restaurants. And two complimentary bottles of water!!! Microwave and refrigerator in room.
