Very nice and easy access hotel in a quite area.Posted Nov 8, 2014
Pros: Lobby and restaurant areas are very nice. The suroundings are very new, drugstore and restaurants at walking distance. Easy access to the highway.
Cons: Put individual safe boxes in each room.
Location: CVS pharmacy, steak house next to the hotel, 24-hour IHOP and Dennys are also at walking distance.
We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. It is conveninently located in a very safe and nice area, near shopping centers, restaurants, etc. If you plan to work aroung Austin, it may be a little far (about 20 miles) from downtown, so I would choose another Hilton Garden which is closer to Austin. This hotel is nice, clean, quite and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning, although not included in price, for $9.95 you get a much higher quality breakfast than others that are included. The breakfast staff was really friendly and made sure that we felt like at home. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, but keep in mind that, unless you go for bussiness in the area, you will definitely need a car to move around.

Good stay, not worthy the ratePosted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds
Cons: Breakfast menu is poor
Location: There are just some restaurants around and shopping options. if you're looking something close to Tourist attractions, you might want to go south
it is a good place to stay, but somewhat far away from the heart of the city. It is pricey, but one of the best options for a shot weekend trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds are really comfortable. The only drawback is that we found some sugar ants around the coffee area, but not really annoying to me at all. The breakfast is not inlcuded, but it is accessible and a great option if you dont want to spend too much time at Dennys or Ihop before starting your activities. The food was ok. Overall, it is a good option. Expensive a bit, but cheap considering the hotels at downtown during ACL week!

Great experiencePosted Oct 4, 2014
This is a great hotel with an extremely courteous staff. Everyone was helpful from check in to check out. It has the feel of one of the more expensive hotels. The breakfast was better than most and even the cookies in the evening were delicious

Nice placePosted Sep 24, 2014
The room was always cleaned up very well but, there were never enough towels for everyone & getting more was a hassle. Staff was friendly & helpful, just hard to find late at night when towels were needed. Wifi should be free for your entire stay, not just one night. It was really nice that you could print in the business center without any hassle.

Pleasant stay!Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: location to 35 North and convenience of restaurants in the area. As mentioned...I was impressed with the comfort of the bed.
Very pleased with accommodations! Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Front desk girl was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I had just returned from a 3 week visit out of the country and was very tired. I couldn't have been happier with my accommodations and the way I was treated upon my arrival.

Not what we expectedPosted Aug 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Upon our arrival in our room the air conditioner was not cooling properly. We reported this to the front desk. They told us to turn it off then turn it back on 30 minutes later. They said it was frozen up. We returned to the room later, turned it back on. This did not resolve the issue. We reported this again to front desk the next morning after a sleepless night. They said " SORRY". The air conditioner needed to stay off for 48 hours to thaw out.And also said that they were going to move us to a different room but they did not offer one. We stay at Hilton often and expected better service than what we received.

Would definitely stay at Hilton Gardens Round RockPosted Aug 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was very nice having a clean hotel to stay in. Air quality was better than most hotels I have stayed in. I would definitely select to stay at Hilton Garden Inn again.

OutdatedPosted Jul 12, 2014
Didn't meet my expectations for a Hilton Garden Inn. Very outdated rooms. Lobby was getting remodeled during my stay. Maybe they are planning to update.
