Rooms clean and pleasantly furnished. Beds very comfortable. Staff very eager to please. The van service very flexible and a big plus. However, if you are coming from the airport and want to use the complimentary van - make sure you get on the right Holiday van. When I go back to Austin, I'll stay there again.

“Clean and Comfprtable, Great Price”

This is a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. It's just off the highway, so it's convenient, but a little noisy. We left the fan on for the night for "white noise", which worked great. There are plenty of choices for breakfast and the staff is friendly and welcoming, especially the two guys at the front desk the evening we arrived. We were on a house-hunting trip, so we were stressed anyway, and then our luggage was late in arriving (11 pm), and the two of them did everything in their power to make sure we were comfortable while we waited!

“Nice but noisy”

For a Holiday Inn, this place was very nice. The staff were well trained, the room clean, the facilities quite nice, the breakfast, surprisingly delightful. BUT, there was a lot of road noise. I-35is just loud, no way around it.

Large, comfortable and well-kept rooms, 7 min. from downtown Austin. Staff was friendly and clearly trying to be as helpful as possible. Room had separate work-desk with both wi-fi and plug-in internet. Outdoor pool was clean and well-maintained, but I like to swim, and found it a little small. Breakfast is generous and fine by hotel standards but, not surprisingly, a little boring after a few days. Fruit and snacks are available around the clock, and there was also a customer-appreciation buffet dinner while I was there.

I usually can't sleep anywhere but at home, because I just can't get comfortable, but no problem here!! Beds were comfortable, employees were nice. Only complaints are that we found some straws and a gum wrapper under our bed, and we had friends that stayed in a diffrent room, and their a/c wasn't very good.

“Everything seemed to be broken”

This Holiday Inn Express was mediocre at best. I had to wait 20 minutes at midnight while their audit processed prior to checking in. The treadmill didn't work and the elliptical machine felt like it was going to break under my weight, which is only 110 pounds. The juice machine didn't work, neither did the "pancake machine". Food wasn't replenished towards the end of the complimentary breakfast.
