Is it really non-smoking??

Pros: The staff was very courteous and friendly; that's about it.
Cons: Cleanliness, take care of smoke smell, more security at pool area, direct access from bldg., gluten-free options at breakfast
Location: Walking distance to two restaurants; otherwise good location for driving in Austin and outer parts of Austin.
When entering out room, it smelled like smoke. Spoke to front desk and they came up to see if another room would be better; it smelled worse. They offered to spray a chemical in the air to take care of the smell; allergic to smoke and chemicals so was unimpressed. Went to use the pool to unwind and had to go out the front door and around a corner to an unlocked gate. It seemed unsafe. During the night, went to bathroom and saw a couple of bugs then couldn't sleep due to feeling like something was crawling on me.

Stayed one night. Room was very comfortable. Big selection for breakfast and all food was great.

Nice stay

Pros: The pillows
Cons: There was a beetle in the bathroom! Yikes
Location: Restaurants, shopping!!!
It was comfortable. Breakfast was cold the eggs , biscuits were hard, and pancake station was closed :(. But all in all it was a nice stay.

A bit tired

This hotel is a not tired. Could use some new carpet. On the plus side - that attendant at breakfast was very cheerful and helpful

Overall a good business hotel

Overall there were no major problems. Cleaning could have been better. Window sill had dead insects on it. Other than that good service and pricing.
