Not one of the best hotels I've stayed in but if you are looking for an average room with a fair price, you may consider this hotel. It is not located at anywhere close to the touristic areas but there are some businesses close to this hotel and it may be a good choice if you are interested in those businesses. It is also very close to the airport, so it may suit your needs if you are interested in a quick stop in Austin at a low cost. I am not so sure about the cleanliness but I've seen much worse - at best it is adequate. They have a happy hour everyday and a complementary breakfast but do not expect much out of it.

I have stayed here before and it was a good place.

“Not Impressed.”

The hotel was run down and dirty. The elevator sounded like it was going to crash at any moment and the walls and floors in the elevator were filthy. The room was ok, except the shower and tub were nasty; the seam seals were cracked and broken with mold incrusted. The bed was as hard as a brick and extremly uncomfortable. The TV volume would not adjust loud enough to be heard over the heating and airconditioning unit. I called the front desk for assistance and was told that the repairman would come to my room and adjust the volume; he never showed up. The airconditioner stopped functioning during the night and the room overheated and was uncomfortable after taking a shower in the morning.
