Horrible Experience

Pros: Nothing remarkable about the hotel
Cons: IMPROVE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Arrived at Hotel at 3am and tried to check in but night auditor Luis claimed he could not check me in earlier than my check in time because " the computer was not letting him" he asked me to come back in 30 min because he was doing "something" and needed to complete that task. I told him I was traveling with an toddler and would like her to sleep well in a bed, he said there was nothing he could do until he finished. After calling Expedia about our issue he was quick to give a hotel key. For 2 days straight house keeping did not go service the room. After letting the front desk know they questioned if the do not disturb sign was out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

Disappointing

Cons: Staff Honesty, blackout curtains that wrap around the windows and go to the floor.
Upon check-in the room we paid for and guaranteed was not available. There were no king bed rooms available. So were put in a room with two full-size beds and a non-working air-conditioner. My husband went to the front desk to ask for a different room as there was no way we could sleep in that room with the heat the way it was. So then, we were given a room on the first floor that was a King bed room. Front desk person showed his dishonesty at that moment. The room we were put in, although it was nice, had a flood light right outside the bed window that shown in bright most of the night. This hotel definitely need some blackout curtains to keep the light out, especially for a room like this one. Upon check-in we had informed the front desk that we would need a 6 o'clock shuttle to the airport. The next morning at 6 o'clock there were several people waiting outside for the shuttle but there was no one to drive the shuttle. When we went to the front desk and ask, the front desk person said "oh, you need a shuttle? " They then radioed the person who was the shuttle driver and he did come right up and get us over to the airport in time for our flight. If you are booking a hotel near the Austin airport, I suggest booking in advance and booking hotel other than this one.

Pros: Room was very good
Cons: Breakfast I think, particularly the hot food part
Location: Near airport. Food nearby, Denny's, Starbucks, a Mexican and 7 eleven
The hotel was close to the airport as planned. Room was fine, better than I thought it would be. Small but ok gym. There are some food outlets nearby, one minute walk, the Mexican restaurant was pretty good. Staff at the hotel very helpful. Breakfast a little disappointing, but again it was ok. I wish American hotels didn't think that eating off polystyrene with plastic forks was acceptable.

Hello all, I stayed in this hotel for thg F1 GP Race. Went with my brother inlaw. Great location. You can walk to Starbucks, Javis Mexican rest... not wow but good and to Dennys. The location is great because I was close to Airport, COTA and Austin Downtown. Will stay there again.

The front desk was wonderful, very helpful. We returned rental car to the airport and they picked us up and brought us back to the hotel and then took us to the airport the next morning. Happy hour in the lobby was a nice perk too. Rooms were clean and hotel overall was clean and updated. The hotel is about a mile from the airport so it is a commerical neighborhood, but there is a convenience store and a Denny's next to the hotel.
