Thank you for staying with us. As an all-suite property, all of our rooms and suites and include kitchens. They are built with the extended stay guest of 5+ nights in mind, so the amenities are much like a home away from home. If you ever need anything to make you feel more at home, please be sure to ask our team!

Thank you for your feedback, Mary. Housekeeping services are automatically offered every 4th day unless the guest requests service (the day prior). Due to the staffing shortage that plagues the entire hospitality industry, we are unable to offer daily housekeeping. We do apologize for the coffee situation. Each of our suites is equipped with a coffee machine and coffee set up in each suite. Our coffee machine broke yesterday and the part was ordered immediately but is not expected until next week. We have been going next door to get coffee. I sincerely apologize that we must have run out again when you came down. We hope you will stay with us again and give us another opportunity to win your loyalty!

Thank you for your feedback Shanika. Our check in time is 4pm and we try the very best we can to accommodate all early check in requests but we can't always do it. Especially when we are sold out the night before. We do store luggage for guests if there room is not quite yet ready. We do have over 20 food establishments within a mile radius but we are located in a business park so only a few that are within walking distance. We hope that you will stay with us again if you return to Austin!
