Perfect for a quick overnightPosted Nov 25, 2013
Pros: great location, clean, well kept
This is a nice hotel when you really just need the basics, but want quality to go with it. The rooms are clean, the staff helpful, and the breakfast just right. This is the second time we've stayed here and I'd definitely use this hotel again. The facilities got 4 stars instead of 5 because the thermostat digital readout was broken. The top quarter of the digital numbers were missing, making them look like some foreign language. Trying to set the temperature was like a brain game, guessing what number it actually was. We eventually figured it out and were quite comfy in the room.

If you don't need to be downtown or want to pay downtown prices, this hotel is really friendly with free Internet, big rooms and a real breakfast. Park right out front for free. Near lots of restaurants and 2 shopping malls. Staff is A+

The Hotel facilities were excellent and the staff were outstanding, they were excellent in giving us directions, answering all our queries and they took us around the area within a 3 mile radius, station, restaurants and areas for shopping, nothing was too much for them. Amazing!!!

Pros: What I liked most was there friendly staff.
Cons: The elevator could be a little faster.
Location: It is approximately 8 miles from the Capitol. Be sure and visit there and the art wall on S. Congress. You will also see the bats there at sunset.
I was very please with this hotel. The staff is amazing, they helped me with changing my reservations at the last minute, very respectful and helpful, gave printed directions to local attractions and were just overall nice people. The hotel was clean and well-kept, the rooms were clean and very nice and were promptly cleaned every morning. I had an overall great experience at this hotel and would definately stay there again.
