The hotel was near to places that I was interested in visiting and if I go back to San Marcos I will stay trere again...

“A place to sleep”

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, fridge & microwave were working. Was a bit traffic-noisy (right on Interstate) and room had a few maintenance issues. It served its purpose well, though - a place to sleep and shower.

“It's OK for the night”

The room was clean and comfortable, the clerk was not rude, and the commodities were simple. There were a few minor things I would fix. 1. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows appeared to be made of feathers, and I'm allergic. Luckily, I had brought my own. 2. I wish the air conditioner had a separate setting for the fan and the temperature. Whenever the air kicked off, we heard the highway noises outside. 3. Breakfast was cold cereal, some mini muffins, juice, coffee, and milk. I would have like fresh fruit and oatmeal. I would recommend the place if you're just going to sleep there. If you want anything extra, bring it yourself.

“What I expected.”

Pulling up to the hotel I was really nervous, because it looked like a dingey motel, the rooms were decently clean and the beds were really comfortable. Pretty much what I expected for what I paid.

This hotel was okay for the price paid. The carpet in the room felt dirty. The room I was in smelled like cat urine. The bathroom seemed in a little disrepair. The bed was comfortable. The heat worked well. The TV worked. It had a microwave and refrigerator in the room that worked. It didn't cost all the much compared to other places.

“Better bring some soap”

There's no soap in the room. They really provided breakfast until 9:29. Don't be late. The drain of the wash basin and bath tub had some obstruction.
