Fair to good on cleanliness. Drafty window in hotel room. Breakfast buffet needed to be better stocked and replenished. Not a fan of the hot boiled shell on eggs served every day. Would have preferred scrambled eggs. Should provide guests with information on local restaurants and attractions, even if it's just a printed sheet with that information.
It is so off the beaten path that I drove around 2 1/2 hours before finding the property. They have a very nice variety of snacks for sale but none of the prices were marked on the items.

The property is showing its age. Damaged carpeting in the hallways, damaged furniture, torn couch cushions. It was clean but could use a glow up. Pool was a bit dirty and required us to skim it a few times before using. Prices were inflated due to the eclipse, average price might reflect the quality of the property.
It was a crazy, busy weekend because of the eclipse but we were welcomed by Leslie who gave us two beautiful rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was varied and plentiful. We figured out how to get back to the hotel the easiest way (under I35/183 is not easy) and wifi and door keys worked well. Thank you!! We would choose to stay there again!
It was so run down and jad a horrible smell. My wife and I started having trouble breathing and then started having allergy like symptoms with sneezing, coughing and itchy eyes. There are much better hotels in the area
They canceled my reservation without notifying me and then wanted to sell me the same room for $400 more than I originally booked it at. Needless to say we found somwhere else to stay. Very poor business practice. Wont ever reserve here again.
Carpet in hallways is coming apart at seams. Lumpy, threadbare and dirty. Deadbolt on door. Security at front door. Smelled like weed in the hallway. Beds were shockingly clean. Bathroom was pleasantly clean as were towels. If the linen hadn’t looked good and the bathroom had not been clean I would have walked out and not thought twice. Musty smell overall. Carpet was worn and felt damp. Left without breakfast but smelled good. I felt slightly uneasy yet okay at the same time. Did not see any signs of bed bugs but had tiny ants in the room. Ask twice for luggage carts over a couple hours apart and never got one. Was told there was three and that I just needed to wait. Staff was fine. Stayed due to going to the airport the next morning yet wanted to be kinda close the round rock fell diamond stadium. Wouldn’t stay again as I think there are probably 99 cleaner hotels in the area but was looking for a place with a hot tub, free parking. It had both. Weird guy in parking lot in his van. Not sure if he slept in it or what. Seemed sketchy. Our SUV was safe and sound but my husband did walk around it to make sure before we left. I am shocked at the “good and decent reviews”. Not sure how it scores as well as it does.

Was near the interstate, general access to the area.
Good hotel for tops 2 nights, breakfast was par at best. Rooms based off first look seem clean, up close I found food remainders from other users of the room. About 10 min from hotspots down town, good commuter distance. You get what you pay for, nothing premium, but good.
LaQuinta -Austin North did not disappoint. The highway noise was well dampened by the in-room a/c fan being on ‘constant’ and the room was clean and comfy. I would stay here again with my family.
I want to worn everyone who wants to stay there. Don't book!!!!!
We had one night stay with family of 5. Cane late after 8:30pm. Had a shower and went to bed. After the noisy night we woke up, had breakfast and went out.
Now, the hotel charged me for a damage $250!!! Incredible!! I called them and they said there was a damage!! I cant believe it. We are having 3small kids. That sounds like a joke now to me.
Will complain and see how it goes.
Unfortunately I didn't make any video when we came to prove the quality of property. But don't book there!! Its filthy, old and smells bed.

Property was in terrible shape, carpet pulling apart in seams in hallways; a tripping hazard, furniture scratched and battered. Woken up at 2 AM by yelling in the hallway, breakfast was awful, just ate a banana and yogurt worst La Quinta we have ever stayed at
Front desk was not professional after being placed on hold four times when called to advise of my late arrival
for checking in due to my flight being delayed. When I arrived I had no reservation the front desk said they think my card was declined. I check my credit card and the charge appeared in 01/2024. Expedia sent me a confirmation email stating I paid for the stay of two queen beds. Then when Expedia called the front desk they said they only have king rooms available. This took over an hour and it was now 1am when the front desk told Expedia yes they can rebook for two queens. Expedia took the time to fix the hotels error and never did I once receive an apology. The front desk kept repeating that we need to talk to the manager the following day. Luckily Expedia finally got me checked. The gym was a joke when most of the machines did not work and only machine had a sign of it not working. This was the worst experience I have ever had and do not recommend this hotel.
