The hotel was incredibly clean, parking lot was well lit and felt safe. The only complaint I have is that a gentleman for house keeping knocked and immediately opened the door with no time to respond which was really alarming since I was traveling alone with my child and we were trying to get dressed.

The curtains are too short or too narrow to actually block the lights shining from the parking lot. You can’t get a dark room, so no restful sleep. All of the pillows are massive down pillows - a nice movie aesthetic, but terrible for sleeping without causing spine and neck issues. I’ve also slept in La Quintas at a $50/night price point that had better mattresses. This location is abysmal.

I understand if the Outdoor pool has to be closed for Winter, but it was listed as an amenity, and its not if its Closed. Fitness Room also listed, and was closed(for well over a week per Staff) as well, no ETA on when it would be open. Laundry service also listed, and was stated as unavailable. Paid almost $100/night 3 nights, and was charged extra for Fri and Sat. Pretty lame in my opinion with all that was missing.

I loved how quiet the property was. We were about 20 min away from downtown Austin but wasn’t a problem for us. The best touch was the complimentary cookies at night. That made my night. Thank you La Quinta!

Do NOT stay here. Looks nothing like the pictures. The place is falling apart and I had visible black mold in my room. The curtains were shredded?? And there were marks all over the wall. Not to mention the bed was SO uncomfortable.

Nice Hotel
Amazing location away from the freeways but still close by. Very comfortable and nice hotel. Close to shopping and dining as well as public transport. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The variety of the breakfast, as well as coffee and tea all day and cookies in the afternoon are just great.

This was a business trip for me and for my work I need a good Wi-Fi connection and the Internet at this hotel was about the same speed as dial up. In the listing it showed that they have a fitness room, which had a sign on it closed until further notice, and when I asked the employees when it was going to be reopened, they said never. Ice machines were also out of order, but on the good note, the rooms were clean.

We enjoyed the friendliness of the front end staff. It was hard to communicate with housekeeping, when asked to come back later since we were still showering...they never came back..No clean towels or trash dumped on those days. Noisy at 7 AM leaf blowing right outside our window...5:30 AM fire alarm on another day. Had the same breakfast options for 5 days in a row..The options the last 3 days were excellent. Would definitely stay again. The days there were complimentary cookies they were amazing.

Clean rooms and linens. Room has a microwave and refrigerator which is nice. The hotel was without water for about an hour in the evening when I wanted to take a shower which was irritating. Front desk said it was due to maintenance.

Property was clean and staff was courteous and helpful. Overall I really enjoyed my time here and would book a room in the future should I return to the area. Pros: Clean room and common areas Well serviced and stocked Quick response times to mechanical issue (elevator broke but was fixed within 24 hrs.) Close enough to the highway to be convenient but not so close that you hear traffic Parking lot security Cons: No hangers or places to hang clothes No iron (bring your wrinkle release spray) Low water pressure Really small shower (metal bar always touching some part of me) Door to room was difficult to open/close
